According to the official notification of DFCCIL Recruitment 2023, interested and eligible candidates are invited to apply for the posts of General Manager and Dy CPM/ PM (Civil) at Mumbai/South, DFCCIL on a Deputation basis. There is only 01 seat available for the mentioned positions.

Eligibility Criteria for DFCCIL Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of DFCCIL Recruitment 2023, the candidate’s required eligibility criteria are listed below:
For GM-

• The candidates should be central/State Govt. officers working in analogous grade (Level-14) in the relevant discipline or SG (Level-13) with 17 years of service in Group A in the relevant discipline. OR PSU employees working in analogous grade in the relevant discipline OR Rs. 1,00,000-2,60,000 (IDA) (E7) with four years of service in that grade.

For Dy. CPM (AGM level)-

• The candidates should be central/State Govt. officers working in analogous grade (Level-13A) in the relevant discipline or Selection Grade (Level-13) with a minimum of 12 years in Group A in the relevant discipline or Rs. 90000-240000 (IDA) (E6) with four years’ service in the grade.

For CPM (JGM level)-

• The candidates should be central/State Govt. officers working in analogous substantive grade (Level-13) in the relevant discipline in Junior Administrative Grade (JAG) (Level-12) with 8-12 years’ service in Group A in the relevant discipline or PSU employees working in analogous grade in relevant discipline or Rs. 80000-220000 (IDA) (E5) with four years’ service in the grade.

For PM (DGM level)-

• The candidates should be central/State Govt. officers holding Sr. Scale (Level-11) posts or Central/State Govt. officers with 10 years of service in Group B and holding cadre posts in Level 10 in their parent Cadre or PSU employees working in analogous grade in relevant discipline or Rs. 70000-200000 (IDA) (E4) with four years’ service in the grade.

Age Limitation for DFCCIL Recruitment 2023:

As stated in the official notification of DFCCIL Recruitment 2023, the candidate age limit for specific employment posts should not be more than 55 years.

Salary for DFCCIL Recruitment 2023:

Based on the official notification of DFCCIL Recruitment 2023, the selected individuals will be paid a monthly salary based on Parent Pay with deputation allowance (all other perks and allowances will be granted in accordance with DFCCIL regulation).

Place of Posting for DFCCIL Recruitment 2023:

As informed in the official notification of DFCCIL Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will be posted in Mumbai and South.

Tenure for DFCCIL Recruitment 2023:

As given in the official notification of DFCCIL Recruitment 2023, the duration of appointment will be 03 years extendable to 05 years (subject to exemption by DPE from the rule of immediate absorption).
