• The selected applicant will be paid a salary of Rs. 100000- Rs. 260000 per month.

For Joint General Manager-

• The selected applicant will be paid a salary of Rs.90000- Rs. 240000 per month.

For Sr. Deputy General Manager-

• The selected applicant will be paid a salary of Rs. 80000- Rs. 220000 per month.

For Deputy General Manager-

• The selected applicant will be paid a salary of Rs. 70000- Rs. 200000 per month.

For Assistant Manager-

• The selected applicant will be paid a salary of Rs. 50000- Rs. 160000 per month. 

Required Qualifications and Experience for MPMRCL Recruitment 2024:

For Additional General Manager-

• The candidate should be Graduate from Govt Recognized University/ Institute

Experience-

• Applicant should have of security management in Armed forces, CRPF, CISF, Police, BSF, RPF Other para military Organization or security Govt./PSU.

For Assistant Manager-

• The candidate should have B.E./ B. Tech. in Mechanical/Electrical / Electronics/Electrical & Electronics/Electronics & Telecommunication/ Electronics & Communication from a Govt. recognized Institute/ University.

Experience-

• Applicant shall have Experience in contract management, installation, testing and commissioning and/or Operation & Maintenance of Rolling Stock in Metro/ Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS)/High speed Rail organization or Indian railways or in PSU/PSE/Joint Venture/ Autonomous Bodies/Govt. Sector/Private Sector.

Tenure for MPMRCL Recruitment 2024:

For appointment on Deputation basis-

• The selected candidate will be appointed for 3 years extendable up to 5 years or up to the age of superannuation whichever is earlier.

For appointment on Contract basis-

• The selected candidate will be appointed for 3 years extendable up to 5 years or up to age of 60 years whichever is earlier.

For appointment on Re-employment basis-

• The selected candidate will be appointed for 1 year extendable up to 5 years or up to the age of 65 years whichever is earlier, on yearly basis.
