MSME Portal provides a New Facility to verify the Udyam Number of Supplier

In a significant improvement, the MSME Udyam Portal introduced an enhanced verification feature that eliminates the need for OTP entry.

This strategic effort aims to streamline the process of confirming Udyam Registration information, in line with the most recent amendment to Section 43B(h) of the Income Tax Act of 1961.

Users can now easily verify specific Udyam Registration details without entering OTPs. This streamlined approach addresses the demand for a more efficient and user-friendly experience on the MSME Udyam Portal.

The newly implemented feature enables users to verify essential information such as activity type (Manufacturing/ Trading), yearly classification (Micro/ Small/ Medium), and other Udyam Registration-related characteristics.

This comprehensive method ensures accuracy and transparency during the verification process.

The implementation of this feature is especially important in view of the recent amendment, Section 43B(h), to the Income Tax Act. By responding to the changing regulatory landscape, the MSME Udyam Portal strives to equip businesses with tools that easily correspond with compliance needs.
