On 26.02.2022 AIU intercepted one South African passenger at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport.
The passenger was found carrying 8Kgs of off-white color powder which was tested positive for Heroin worth Rs. 56 crore.
Custom officials seized the illegal substance and arrested the passenger under NDPS Act, 1985.
Further Investigation is under progress.
