• The selected candidates will draw a starting basic pay of Rs. 44500 per month in the scale of Rs. 44500 – 2500 (4) – 54500 – 2850 (7) – 74450 – EB – 2850 (4) – 85850 – 3300 (1) – 89150 (17 Years) applicable to Officers in Grade ‘A’ and they will be eligible for Dearness Allowance, Local Compensatory Allowance, House Rent Allowance, and Grade Allowance as per rules in force from time to time. At present, initial monthly gross emoluments are approximately Rs. 100000.

Required Qualifications for NABARD Recruitment 2024:

Assistant Manager in Grade ‘A’ (RURAL DEVELOPMENT BANKING SERVICE) (RDBS)-

For General-

• The candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from any recognized University/Institution with a minimum of 60% marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants – 55%) in aggregate OR a graduate degree, MBA/PGDM with a minimum of 55% marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants – 50%) in aggregate OR CA/ CS/ICWA OR PhD from Institutions recognized by GOI/UGC.

For Chartered Accountant-

• The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University/Institution with a Membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). The Membership of ICAI must have been obtained on or before 01-07-2024.

For Agriculture-

• The candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture from any recognized University / Institution with a minimum of 60% marks (PWBD applicants – 55%) in aggregate OR Two years of full-time Post Graduate Degree in Agriculture (Soil Science/Agronomy) with a minimum of 55% marks (PWBD applicants – 50%) in aggregate from a recognized University / Institution.

For Animal Husbandry-

• The candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Veterinary Sciences / Animal Husbandry from any recognized University with a minimum of 60% marks (PWBD applicants – 55%) in aggregate OR post graduate degree in Veterinary Sciences / Animal Husbandry with a minimum of 55% marks (PWBD applicants – 50%) in aggregate from a recognized University/Institution.

Assistant Manager in Grade ‘A’ (RAJBHASHA)-

• The candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university in English or Hindi medium with Hindi and English as a compulsory or elective subject with a minimum of 60% marks (SC/PWBD applicants – 55%) or equivalent in aggregate. AND
• The candidate should have a PG Diploma in Translation (minimum one year) in Hindi to English and vice-versa from any recognized University.

Selection Process for NABARD Recruitment 2024:

As per the official notification of NABARD Recruitment 2024, the mode of selection will be made on a Preliminary Examination, Main Examination, Psychometric Test and Interview. The Psychometric Test is MCQ-based for 90 minutes duration and the interview will be of 50 Marks.
