NABARD Recruitment 2024: The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) is inviting applications from eligible and interested candidates for the post of Specialists. As mentioned in the official notification of NBARD Recruitment 2024, there are 31 openings to be filled for the given post. The selected candidates will be given a monthly salary up to Rs.45000. The candidates will be selected on the basis of an interview. The date, time and venue of the interview will be intimated later to the shortlisted candidates.
Based on the official notification of NABARD Recruitment 2024, candidates should have a maximum age of 62 years to apply for the indicated post. The engagement is made on a contract basis for a period of up to 03 Years + 02 Years Extendable. The chosen candidates will be posted in its Head Office, Mumbai. Candidates who belong to SC/ST/PwBD categories have to pay Rs.50 and all other categories have to pay Rs.800 as an application fee. Candidates who meet the eligibility requirements as mentioned in the official notification of NABARD Recruitment 2024have to complete their online application on the official website of NABARD on or before the last date. The online application has already started from 17.02.2024.
The appointment of NABARD Recruitment 2024 is made on a contract basis and the selected candidates will be posted at its Head Office, Mumbai for the period as listed below-
Qualification and Experience for NABARD Recruitment 2024:
The required qualifications and experience to apply for NABARD Recruitment 2024 are described below-
For Chief Technology Officer-
The applicant must have a B.E. / B. Tech/M.Sc./ M. Tech degree in Computer Science / Information Technology/Electronics and Communication from an accredited and reputed institution. OR
The application should have an MCA from an accredited and reputed institution.
Experience-
The applicant must have Post Qualification IT experience of a minimum of 15 years including 5 years at the Senior leadership level with expertise mostly in Core Banking Solutions, Alternative Delivery Channels, Application Development, Network and Communication Channels and Data Centre Management (including software-defined data center environment), Data warehouse/Big Data Analytics, IT Security and Technology Risk Management, Business Continuity Plan.
For Project Manager- Application Management-
The applicant must have a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in computer science/ Information Systems/ Engineering/Management degree (with hands-on experience in Coding, etc.)
Candidates with the following qualifications will be preferred.
PMP or PRINCE2 or equivalent certification.
Scrum Master and Agile Certifications.
Technology and Domain-Specific Certifications.
Experience-
The applicant must have a minimum experience of 07 years for graduates and 05 years for Postgraduates in the following areas:
Software development; CI/CD experience.
Managing Application Development projects and Software. Maintenance Projects with exposure to DevOps/ DevSecOps.
Familiar with waterfall or Agile methodology at the Enterprise Level.
Following experience/qualities will be an added advantage-
Experience in assessing effort estimation and resource sizing and allocation.
Exposure/knowledge of operations of Data centers, networks, operating systems (Windows & UNIX), Firewall and Physical and logical security projects.
Experience in working with tools like JIRA/ Confluence/PowerPoint, etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Candidates from a Technology, ITES, Shared Service or Banking organization will be preferred.
For Lead Auditor-
The applicant must have a Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Computer Science/IT or B.E./B.Tech.
The applicant must have Certification in CISA/ CISSP and ISO 27001 Lead Auditor / Lead Implementer.
Experience-
The applicant must have 8 years in IT of which 5 years experience in conducting technology / IS audits for the BFSI sector and leading the audit team.
Preference for experience/certification/training in Cloud audit, Project Management and PCI-DSS.

The selection of NABARD Recruitment 2024 will be determined on the basis of an interview. The candidates will be shortlisted for an interview in a ratio of 1:10 on the basis of qualification, experience, etc. The final appointment will be based on the decision of the Selection Committee constituted for the purpose.
