As per the official notification of NABARD recruitment 2023, the vacancy is open for the following posts-

The place of posting will be Delhi, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur and Mumbai.

Tenure– The appointment is for a period of one year and further extendable by three years, to be renewed each year based on an annual performance review, as per the existing Company’s policy.

Salary for NABARD Recruitment 2023:

Candidates applying for NABARD recruitment 2023 will be given a monthly remuneration as given below-

• For Senior Consultant- Rs.1,25,000 per month
• For Consultant- Rs. 87,500 per month
• For Associate Consultant- Rs. 55,000 per month

Higher remuneration may be considered for highly deserving candidates based on relevant experience, qualification, last drawn salary etc.

Other than the above remuneration, the candidate is eligible for other facilities/allowances as per NABCONS policy.

Age Limit for NABARD Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of NABARD recruitment 2023, the upper age limit is given below-

For Senior Consultant Preferably- 50 years
For Consultant Preferably- 45 years
For Associate Consultant- 35 years

Qualification for NABARD Recruitment 2023:

For Senior Consultant-

• First Class Graduate or equivalent grade points in Graduation Degree in Agriculture/Allied sector to Agriculture/Food Technology/Engineering/Economics/Management/Social Service/Natural Resource Management from a recognized institution and/or
• Post-graduation in Agriculture/ Allied sector to Agriculture/Food Technology/Engineering/Economics/ Management/Social Service/Natural Resource Management from a recognised management institution with a minimum of 55% or equivalent grade points.
• Preference shall be given to candidates with Post-graduation.

For Consultant-Civil Engineer-

• Graduation ( BE/B.Tech/Architec.) in Civil Engineering from a recognised Institution with a minimum of 60% or equivalent grade points and/or
• Post-Graduation in Civil Engineering/Project Management will be preferable.

For Consultant-Skill-

• Graduation in Agriculture & Allied Sector, Environment, NRM, Economics, Science, Social sciences, rural development, or Commerce from a recognized institution with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA and/or
• MBA, PGDM, CA, ICWA, Masters/PG diploma in Agriculture & Allied Sector, Environment, NRM, Economics, Commerce, Rural Development from a recognized institution with 55% or equivalent CGPA.

Selection Procedure for NABARD Recruitment 2023:

Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of eligibility criteria and will be called for a test on drafting skills and computer skills followed by Personal Interview. The list of shortlisted candidates will be available on the official website of NABARD. All the details will be intimated to shortlisted candidates through call letters.
