Qualification for NAeL Recruitment 2024:

Project Engineer (Production)-

• Candidates must have a Degree in Engineering/ Technology (Mechanical/ Production) or equivalent with 60% aggregate marks in the Qualifying examination.
• Candidates must have Post Qualification experience of 03 years.

For Jr. Human Resource Officer-

• Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree with a PG Degree / PG Diploma / MBA/MSW/ MA with specialization in Human Resources/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations / Human Resource Development / etc., from Institutes / Universities recognized by appropriate statutory authorities.
• Minimum 60% of marks in aggregate in the qualifying examination.
• Candidates with having Degree in Law will have an added advantage.

For Jr. Finance Officer-

• Candidates must be a Cost and Works Accounts (CWA)/Cost Management Accountant (CMA) from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. OR
• Candidates must be a Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. OR
• Candidates must have a year Full-Time MBA with specialization in Finance / Accounts from a recognized University or Deemed University or Institute recognized by AICTE with 60% aggregate marks qualifying examination. OR
• Candidates must have Full Time MMS with specialization in Finance / Accounts from a recognized University or Deemed University or Institute recognized by AICTE with 60% aggregate marks qualifying examination. OR
• Candidates must have Two years Full Time Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management (Finance) from an Institute recognized by AICTE with 60% aggregate marks qualifying examination.

Age Limit for NAeL Recruitment 2024:

The age restrictions for NAeL Recruitment 2024 are mentioned below-

• For Sr. Security Officer- The maximum age limit is 37 years
• For Project Engineer (Production) GR-I, Jr. Human Resource Officer and Jr. Finance Officer- The maximum age limit is 35 years.

Tenure for NAeL Recruitment 2024:

The selected candidates for NAeL Recruitment 2024 will be engaged for a period of 04 years.

Salary for NAeL Recruitment 2024:

The chosen applicant for NAeL Recruitment 2024 will be given a salary between Rs.5.35 Lakh and Rs.6.70 Lakh per annum.

• Depending upon satisfactory performance, an annual increment of 3% on the all-inclusive consolidated compensation (monthly consolidated compensation) may be provided after the successful completion of one year of service and so on.
• In addition, they will also be entitled to PF, Casual Leave, Earned Leave, Medical Insurance Assistance, Company Uniform, Stitching Charges, Shoes, mobile reimbursement and other benefits as per Company Rules.
