Further extendible for 02 more years with mutual consent and approval of the Chairman, NHAI, subject to a maximum tenure of 05 years.

• The candidate should have a CA/ICWA/MBA(Finance).

Desirable –

• The candidate should have Graduation in Civil Engg/Post Graduation in Engg.

• The candidate should have a Degree/PG Diploma in Computers.

Experience-

• The candidate should have Atleast 15 years of finance experience in the Infrastructure sector. Out of this 7 years shall be in the Road sector and with a minimum of 3 years in Asset Monetization through TOT, InvIT & Securitization.
• The candidate should have Level 14 or equivalent officers (Govt.) Experienced officials from MORTH /NHAI/ OR Director/ Head of Finance/Monetization (Private).

Desirable-

• Well-versed in Government of India procurement Rules/GFR.
• The candidate should Handling of Road sector PPP Projects Procurement, Financial closure, Refinancing and Change of shareholding.
• The candidate should have knowledge in ERP systems.
• The candidate should have Experience in interdisciplinary functions

For Financial Expert-

• The candidate should have CA/ICWA/MBA(Finance).

Desirable –

• The candidate should have Degree/PG Diploma in Computers/LLB/CS,

Experience-

• The candidate should have Atleast 12 years of finance experience in the Infrastructure sector. Out of this 5 years shall be in Road sector and with a minimum of 2 years in Asset Monetization.
• The candidate should have Level 13 or equivalent officers (Govt.). Experienced officials from MORTH /NHAI/ OR Director/ Head of Finance/Monetization (Private).

Desirable-

• The candidate should be Well versed in Government of India procurement Rules/GFR.
• The candidate should Handle Road sector PPP Projects Procurement, Financial closure, Refinancing and Change of shareholding.
