National Insurance Academy Recruitment 2024: The National Insurance Academy (NIA) is seeking motivated and eligible applicants for the post of Faculty Member. The candidates applying for the mentioned position should be a retired Chief Manager, DGM and GM from GIPSA Companies, AICIL and AGM, DGM and GM from GIC Re and similar positions in private insurance companies. In line with the official notification of the National Insurance Academy Recruitment 2024, the maximum age limit for applying for the mentioned opportunity shall be less than 62 years of age. The applicants must have relevant years of experience in their appropriate field. The candidates should have a Graduate/ Post Graduate degree in any general stream, Management, Engineering, Law, Agriculture and Horticulture.
In accordance with the official notification of the National Insurance Academy Recruitment 2024, the selected candidates will get a monthly income of Rs.150000 plus other benefits and allowances as admissible by the committee. The tenure will be on a contractual basis initially for an appropriate period of 01 year from the date of joining. The renewal of the tenure will be totally based on the satisfactory performance of the candidates and the committee’s requirements. The contenders applying for the National Insurance Academy Recruitment 2024, must have a Graduation/ Post-Graduation degree in any general stream, Management, Engineering, Law, Agriculture, or Horticulture.
In reference to the official notification of the National Insurance Academy Recruitment 2024, the candidates applying for the mentioned position should have at least 25 years of working experience in GIPSA Companies, AICIL, GIC Re or private insurance companies and must have worked in operational area and/or technical area and retired from Scale V, VI or VII cadres or similar positions in private insurance companies.
As mentioned in the official announcement of the National Insurance Academy Recruitment 2024, the selected candidates will receive a remuneration of Rs.150000 plus Rs.30000 towards house rent per month. Accommodation may be provided at NIA Campus subject to availability and policy provisions in such case Rs.30000 towards house rent will not be paid.
The tenure for the National Insurance Academy Recruitment 2024 will be on a contractual basis. The selected candidates will be appointed for an initial period of 01 year from the date of Joining. Renewable at the discretion of NIA subject to a maximum term of 3 years and the age not exceeding 65 years, whichever is earlier.
According to the official notification of the National Insurance Academy Recruitment 2024, the committee will conduct an interview to select the applicable and qualified candidates for the mentioned opportunity. Only the shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. No further correspondence will be entertained in this regard by the committee.
