• Child Psychologist – Rs.56100 in Level-10 of Pay Matrix of 7th CPC.

Age Limit for JIPMER Recruitment 2024:

According to the official notification of JIPMER Recruitment 2024, the maximum age limit for applying for the post of Specialist Grade-II (Junior Scale) is upto 40 years and for Child Psychologist is upto 35 years.

Qualification and Experience Required for JIPMER Recruitment 2024:

The educational qualification and experience required for applying for JIPMER Recruitment 2024 is as listed below according to the departments.

Specialist Grade-II (Junior Scale) –

Anaesthesiology:

• The candidates should have a recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of education qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfil the conditions specified in subsection (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956).
• A postgraduate qualification e.g. M.D. in Anaesthesiology or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto.

Experience:

• The candidates should have at least 03 years of experience in a recognized institution in Anaesthesiology after obtaining the qualifying M.D. in Anaesthesiology.

Cardiology:

• The candidates should have a recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of education qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfil the conditions specified in subsection (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956).
• The candidates must have a D.M. in Cardiology or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto.

Experience:

• The candidates should have atleast 01 year of experience in recognized institutions/universities in the subject of speciality after obtaining D.M. in Cardiology (two years or five years recognized course after MBBS). No experience is required for a D.M. in Cardiology (three years/ 6 years) or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto.

Medicine:

• The candidates should have a recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of education qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfil the conditions specified in subsection (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956).
• A postgraduate qualification e.g. M.D. in Medicine or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto.

Experience:

• The candidates should have atleast 03 years of experience in a recognized institution in Medicine after obtaining the qualifying M.D. in Medicine.

Nephrology:

• The candidates should have a recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of education qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfil the conditions specified in subsection (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956).
• The applicants must have a D.M. in Nephrology or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto.

Experience:

• The candidates should have atleast 01 year of experience in recognized institutions/universities in the subject of speciality after obtaining a D.M. in Nephrology (two years or five years of recognized courses after MBBS); No experience is required for a D.M. in Nephrology (three years/6 years) or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto.

Selection Procedure for JIPMER Recruitment 2024:
