Post Details & Eligibility Criteria for NMHC Recruitment 2022

1) GM (Projects)

Qualifications and Experience:

• B.Arch / B.Tech (Civil Engg) / M.Plan/M.Tech (Civil Engg) / M. Arch
• More than 15 years of experience in Public /Private Sector Undertaking in Project Formulation, Execution, Project Management of Large Building projects / Structures like large commercial buildings/large educational complex/construction of museum/science center /airports/ports etc , with 3 years in the position of Head of the Department.

Job Description:

• Overseeing development of the entire project.
• The role includes development of PPP projects as well as other projects for the NMHC.
• To handle day to day affairs of project management and plan for future development.

Period of engagement: Contract for 5 years extendable for another 3 years based on the performance of the candidates.

Proposed Remuneration: CTC – Rs.35 lakhs/Annum

2) Manager (Finance)

Qualifications and Experience:

• CA (or) MBA (Finance)
• More than 10 years of experience as a financial manager preferably from infrastructure sector / museums / science centers etc.

Job Description:

• Overall responsibility for Financial Analysis, Financial Reporting, Financial Planning, Statutory compliances and all other financial aspects of NMHC.
• Overseeing cash flow planning, ensure availability of funds as and when needed and drive investment Strategy/ Management.
• Overseeing fund raising through different mechanism.

Period of engagement: Contract for 5 years extendable for another 3 years based on the performance of the candidates.

Proposed Remuneration: CTC – Rs.20 lakhs/Annum

3) Conservator

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Conservation from Institution of repute / Post Graduation with Chemistry as one of the subjects along with Diploma or Certificate in Conservation of Art Objects from NRLC or Institution of similar repute / Degree in Conservation of Antiquities. Art Objects or Objects of antiquarian value from National Museum Institute or Institution of similar repute and duly recognized by the State or the Central Government.
• 5 (five) years working experience as Conservator in a museum of repute, dealing in conservation of Art objects or Antiquities of different nature or working as Conservator in Heritage Sector.
• Candidates with Computer skills supported with Degree/Diploma/Certificate and more than 3 years of experience in Collection Management of a Museum /Institute / Organization having collection of different nature of antiquarian value will be given more preference.

Job Description:

• He/ She will collect, preserve and restore maritime artifacts from all across the globe for current and future use of NMHC.

Period of engagement: Contract for 5 years extendable for another 3 years based on the performance of the candidates.

Proposed Remuneration: CTC – Rs.15 lakhs/Annum

4) GM (Marketing & Digital Tech)

Qualifications and Experience:

• BE in any stream / Master’s in science, arts or commerce.
• More than 15 years of experience as Marketing Manager preferably in infrastructure sector/museums/science city large scale event managements with 05 years as the head of the department.

Job Description: 

• Responsible for carrying out international and national marketing of the museum.
• Responsible for implementing advanced technologies for the museum display.

Period of engagement: Contract for 5 years extendable for another 3 years based on the performance of the candidates.

Proposed Remuneration: CTC – Rs.35 lakhs/Annum

5) Digital Technologies Manager

Qualifications and Experience:

• Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science (equivalent to M.Tech (CS) from a recognized University / Institution (or)
• Engineering Degree with any one of the following from a recognized University / Institution
  i. Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science
  ii. Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application
  iii. Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology

Job Description: 

• Responsible for ensuring optimal use of digital technologies both within and outside NMHC to create an international brand value for NHMC.

Period of engagement: Contract for 5 years extendable for another 3 years based on the performance of the candidates.

Proposed Remuneration: CTC – Rs.20 lakhs/Annum

6) Marketing Manager

Qualifications and Experience:

• BE in any stream/Master’s in science, arts or commerce.
• More than 10 years of experience as Marketing Manager preferably in infrastructure sector/ museums/ science city/large scale event managements.

Job Description: 

• Responsible to market and promote the museum at both national and international forums.

Period of engagement: Contract for 5 years extendable for another 3 years based on the performance of the candidates.

Proposed Remuneration: CTC – Rs 20 lakhs/Annum

Submission of Applications for NMHC Recruitment 2022

Candidates are required to submit their curriculum vitae on plain paper, specifying educational qualification (graduation on ward- supported by certificates) and experience (supported by experience certificates/ pay slips /testimonials etc.). The CV should also contain a passport sized colour photograph of the candidate.

Certification by Candidate for NMHC Recruitment 2022

• Candidate has to submit his/her willingness for the post at the time of interview itself clearly stating that he/she will join the post, if selected. If any candidate does not initially give his/her willingness, he/she will not be interviewed.
