Naval Dockyard Recruitment 2024: The Naval Dockyard is inviting ITI qualified Indian national candidates for Apprenticeship Training in various designated Trades. These trades include Mechanic Diesel, Machinist, Mechanic (Central AC Plant, Industrial Cooling and Package Air Conditioning), Foundryman, Fitter, Pipe Fitter, Mechanic Machine Tool Maintenance, Electrician, Instrument Mechanic, Electronics Mechanic, Welder (Gas and Electric), Sheet Metal Worker, Shipwright (Wood), Painter (General), Mechanic Mechatronics and Computer Operator and Programming Assistant in Trades. As mentioned in the Official notification of Naval Dockyard Recruitment 2024, there are 275 vacancies for assigned positions. Selected applicants will get a monthly stipend of Rs.7700 for 01 year and Rs.8050 for 02 years of ITI certificate Holders.
According to the official notification of Naval Dockyard Recruitment 2024, The applicant’s age should not be less than 14 years old and should not be more than 18 years old. The selection process will comprise of Applicant Shortlisting, Written Examination, Interview followed by Medical Examination. As given in the official notification of Naval Dockyard Recruitment 2024, chosen Applicant will have to undergo on a Training period of 01 year at Naval Dockyard Apprentices School, Visakhapatnam, [DAS (Vzg)] for the Apprenticeship training batch 2025-26 in accordance with Apprentices Act 1961 read in conjunction with Apprenticeship Rules 1992 as amended from time to time.
Referring to the official notification of Naval Dockyard Recruitment 2024, SSC/ Matriculation and ITI certificates without marks/ grades/ grade points/ percentage will not be accepted.
According to the official notification for Naval Dockyard Recruitment 2024, applicants must be between the ages of 14 years to 18 years.
