NBCC Recruitment 2023: National Buildings Construction Corporation (NBCC) Limited is a government-owned company in India that has invited eligible candidates to fill up 50 vacancies on a regular basis for the positions of Management Trainee and Sr. Project Executive. According to the NBCC Recruitment Notification, interested candidates should apply online before the deadline. The Closing Date of Online Registration is 15.02.2023 up to 1700 hrs. As per the official notification of NBCC the selected candidate will be paid a monthly Pay Scale of a minimum of Rs. 40,000 and a maximum of Rs.140000.
According to the NBCC Recruitment Notification, the selection criteria will be by way of a Computer Based Test followed by a Personal Interview. As per the official notification of NBCC Recruitment 2023, the education qualification are as follows:-
For Sr. Project Executive (Civil):-
The candidate should have Full-time Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from Government recognized University/ Institute with 60% aggregate marks.
For Sr. Project Executive (Electrical):-
The candidate should have Full-time Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent from Government recognized University/ Institute with 60% aggregate marks.
For Management Trainee (Civil):-
The candidate should have Full-time Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from Government recognized University/ Institute with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks.
For Management Trainee (Electrical):-
The candidate should have Full Time Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent from Govt. a recognized University/ Institute with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks.
As per the official notification of NBCC, the age limit required for posts is given below:-
For Sr. project Executive: 30 Years
For Management Trainee: 29 Years
As per the official notification of NBCC the selected candidate will be paid a monthly Pay Scale of a minimum of Rs. 40,000 and a maximum of Rs.1,40,000.
As per the official notification of NBCC, the application fees of Candidates are required to pay a non-refundable amount of –
i. Rs. 1000/- for posts at S.No. 01 & 02 i.e. Sr. Project Executive (Civil), Sr. Project Executive (Electrical).
ii. Rs. 500/- for posts at S.No. 03 & 04 i.e. Management Trainee (Civil) & Management Trainee (Electrical).
As per the official notification of NBCC recruitment, the Selection Procedure for the posts are mentioned below:-
For the Posts of Sr. Project Executive (Civil) & Sr. Project Executive (Electrical)
(i) The selection criteria will be by way of a Computer Based Test followed by a Personal Interview. Selection criteria may change depending on the no. of applications received for the said post. The decision of NBCC will be final in this regard.
(ii) Selected Candidates will be entitled to remuneration consisting of Basic Pay, DA (on IDA pattern), HRA, Perks & Allowances under the Cafeteria Approach, & Performance Related Pay (PRP). In addition to this CPF,
(iii) Medical facility for self and dependents, Gratuity, and Leave encashment is paid as per the rules of the Company.
For the Posts of Management Trainee (Civil) & Management Trainee (Electrical)
(i) Candidates who have appeared for the GATE-2022 examination are only eligible to apply for the said post.
(ii) Candidates are required to furnish a valid score card of the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) of the respective discipline i.e. Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
(iii) On the basis of a valid GATE-2022 score, candidates will be shortlisted for Personal Interviews in order of category-wise merit list.
The final selection would be done on the basis of the total marks secured (GATE Score and Personal Interview) by the candidates. Selection criteria may change depending on the no. of applications received for the said post. The decision of NBCC will be final in this regard.
According to the NBCC Recruitment 2023 Notification, the candidates are required to read the GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS before filling up the online application form. The Candidates are required to apply online. The relevant link for online application will be made available from 10:00 hrs on 16.01.2023 under the head “CAREER within Human Resources” on the NBCC website i.e. www.nbccindia.in. Final Online submission of application will be open till 17:00 hrs on 15.02.2023. No other means/mode of application shall be accepted.
