NBCC Recruitment 2022: National Buildings Construction Corporation (NBCC) is looking for qualified candidates for General Manager (LAW) position. Interested candidates should review the job description and apply using the link provided in the official notification. The intrested candidate who has a degree in Law (LLB) with a minimum of 50%, marks from Government recognized institutes/universities will be preferred. The last date for Receipt of Application along with supporting documents is 28.09.2022 up to 1700 hrs.

1. Full-time Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) with a minimum of 50% marks from a Government recognized Institute/ University.
2. Full-time 05 years integrated LLB degree with minimum 50% marks from Government recognized Institute/ University.
Desirable: Master’s degree in Law (LLM)
1. Candidate must have enrolled as an Advocate.
2. Possess a minimum of 15 Years of Post Qualification experience in PSU/Govt./Private Sector Companies/Autonomous bodies or as a practicing advocate.
1. Candidates should have experience working in the following areas:
2. Handling litigation (Civil, Consumer and Criminal matters) before different Judicial/Quasi-Judicial forums.
3. Arbitration, conciliation and other dispute resolution mechanisms.
4. Drafting & vetting various legal or contractual documents, providing legal opinions and handling legal matters including issues pertaining to Real Estate Regulatory matters.
Desirable:
1. Candidates having experience in the Real Estate/Construction/Infrastructure sector will be preferred.
2. Knowledge of all applicable laws, rules and regulations
3. Excellent written and verbal communication.
4. Proficiency in the use of computers and legal research tools like Manupatra, SCC Online, etc.
5. Preference will be given to candidates leading a team of Law Professionals.
The selected candidate will be getting a monthly consolidated remuneration between the IDA Pay scale: 90000-240000
The maximum Age limit should not be more than 49 years.
The selection criteria will be by way of personal interviews.
