• The applicant must have a Post Graduate Degree in Basic Science or a Graduate/Post Graduate Degree in Professional Course selected through a process described through any one of the following and should have 2 years of research experience.

1. Scholars who are selected through National Eligibility Tests CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) and/or GATE.
2. The selection process through National Level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MOE, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISC, IISER, NISER etc.

Desirable Experience-

• The applicant must have 2 Years of research experience as JRF in Mammalian Cell Culture, Molecular Biology and Virology will be necessary for the execution of the project and thus will be preferred.

For Junior Research Fellow-

• The applicant must have a Post Graduate Degree in Basic Science or a Graduate/Post Graduate Degree in Professional Course selected through a process described through any one of the following Essential-

1. Scholars who are selected through National Eligibility Tests CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) and/or GATE.
2. The selection process through National Level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MOE, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISC, IISER, NISER etc.

Desirable Experience-

• The applicant must have experience working in biochemistry and protein chemistry.
• Candidate must be well equipped with experience in carrying out bioassays and invitro assays related to protein biochemistry.

For Project Associate-I (VAPB at membrane contact sites: ALS-FTD at the crossroads of ER stress, proteostasis, lipid homeostasis and inflammation)-

• The applicant must have a Master’s Degree in Natural or Agricultural Sciences/MVSc or a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology or Medicine from a recognized University or equivalent.

Experience–

• The applicant must have experience working with Drosophila, including genetic and behavioural experiments.

For Project Associate-I-

• The applicant must have a Master’s Degree in Natural or Agricultural Sciences/MVSc or a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology or Medicine from a recognized University or equivalent.

Desirable Experience-

• Candidate should have some experience with the following techniques:

1. At least 6 months of lab experience in a neurobiology lab.
2. Proficiency in handling flies as a genetic model organism.
3. Experience in performing behavioural experiments in flies and analyzing data.
