These 4 equity mutual funds will fall into these three different categories:
  • two index funds,
  • one multi-asset allocation fund, and
  • one energy & power fund.
1. SBI NIFTY BANK INDEX FUND SBI Nifty Bank Index Fund which is an index fund and going to open for subscription on January 20 and close on January 31. This fund is designed to give investors the opportunity to invest in the biggest and most influential bank in India. 2. LIC MF MULTI ASSET ALLOCATION FUND The fund focuses on generating long-term capital growth through investing in a diversified portfolio of equity and equity-related securities, debt & money market instruments and units of Gold Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs). LIC MF Multi Asset Allocation Fund is going open for subscription on January 24 and closing on February 7. 3. AXIS NIFTY500 MOMENTUM 50 INDEX FUND The Axis Nifty500 Momentum 50 Index Fund is a mutual fund that follows the Nifty500 Momentum 50 Index. It uses a passive investment strategy. Axis Nifty500 Momentum 50 Index Fund is going to open for subscription on January 24 and close on February 7. 4. BARODA BNP PARIBAS ENERGY OPPORTUNITIES FUND The Baroda BNP Paribas Energy Opportunities Fund is an equity-focused mutual fund that invests in companies within the energy sector. this fund's goal is to provide investors with long-term capital growth. Baroda BNP Paribas Energy Opportunities Fund is going to open for subscription on January 21 and close on February 4. Investing in NFOs has its benefits, but also has some risks.
