Manager (Technical) and Deputy General Manager (Technical) –

• The selected candidate will get a salary in Level-11 (Rs.67700-208700) / (pre-revised) PB-3 (Rs.15600- 39100) with Grade Pay Rs.6600.

Deputy General Manager (Legal) and Deputy General Manager (Admn.)-

• The selected candidate will get a salary in PB-3 [Rs.15600-39100] with GP of Rs.7600 (pre-revised), equivalent to Pay Level-12 [Rs.78800- 209200] of Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC.

Qualification for NHAI Recruitment 2024: 

Candidates must have the given below Qualification to apply for NHAI Recruitment 2024.

Deputy General Manager (Admn.)-

• Candidates must have a Degree of a recognized University/ Institute/
• Candidates must have  09 years’ experience in the pay scale of Pay Band-3 [Rs.15600-39100] with Grade Pay of Rs.5400/- (pre-revised) in CDA pattern equivalent to Pay Level-10 (56100-177500) of Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC or equivalent or higher, out of which 04 years’ experience in Administration / Establishment / Human Resource / Personnel Management.

Deputy General Manager (Legal)-

• Candidates must have Degree in Law from a recognized University/ Institute.
• Candidates must have 09 years’ experience in the pay scale of Pay Band-3 (Rs.15600- 39100) with Grade Pay of Rs.5400/- (pre-revised) in CDA pattern equivalent to Pay Level-10 (56100- 177500) of Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC or equivalent or higher, out of which 06 years’ experience in the field of Law related to contractual matters / arbitration / legislative matters / land acquisition.

Deputy General Manager (Technical)-

• Candidates must have Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute.
• Candidates must have 06 years’ experience in implementation of Infrastructure Sector Projects related to Highways Roads and Bridges.

Manager (Technical)-

• Candidates must have Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute.
• Candidates must have 03 years’experience in implementation of Infrastructure Sector Projects related to Highways, Roads and Bridges.

Tenure for NHAI Recruitment 2024: 

In accordance with the official notification of NHAI Recruitment 2024, the appointment is for period of 03 years, which may be extended for another 02 (two) year with the approval of Chairman, NHAI.
