Experience –

• The candidate should have a Minimum of 15 years overall experience in project implementation of National Highways.
• Relevant Experience in using the latest technology and tools.

Desirable–

• The candidate should have experience as a Traffic Expert/Traffic Engineer in Highway Projects (2/4/6 lining of NH/SH/Expressways)
• The candidate should have experience as a Traffic Expert/Traffic Engineer in Highway Projects (2/4/6 lining of NH/SH/Expressways) on hill roads.
• The candidate should have experience as a Traffic Expert/Traffic Engineer in Highway Projects (2/4/6 lining of NH/SH/Expressways) in projects with tunnels.

For Environment / Forest Specialist

• The candidate should have a Graduate in Civil engineering/ Environmental Engineer

Desirable-

• The candidate should have a postgraduate or Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering/Environmental Sciences.

Experience –

• The candidate should have a Minimum of 15 years of overall experience in project implementation of National Highways.

Desirable –

• The candidate should have experience as an Environmental Specialist in Environment Impact Assessment of Highway Projects (2/4/6 lining of NH/SH/Expressways).
• The candidate should have experience as a Forest/Wildlife Specialist in Highway Projects (2/4/6 lining of NH/SH/Expressways).

For Land Acquisition Expert-

• The candidate should have Graduation (Any).

Desirable-

• The candidate should have a post-graduate or Ph.D. in Law.

Experience –

• The candidate should have a Minimum of 15 years overall experience in project implementation of National Highways.
• The candidate should have Relevant Experience in using the latest technology and tools.

Desirable –

• The candidate should have Experience in Land Acquisition works of the Government/Authority
• The candidate should have Experience in Land Acquisition works of Highway Projects (2/4/6 lining of NH/SH/Expressways)
• The candidate should have a Retired Revenue officer at the level of ADM/SDM/Tehsildar.
