  • Holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre in Level 14 of Pay Matrix (Rs. 144200-218200) or equivalent. or
  • With three years of regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in Level 13 of Pay Matrix (Rs.123100-215900) or equivalent.

Qualification and Experience for NHAI Recruitment 2025:

Essential Qualification:

• Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science or Information Technology or Electronics and Communication or Masters in Computer Application (MCA), from a recognised University or Institute. And

Experience:

• Should have 17 years of regular service in the post carrying a substantive pay scale of Level 10 of Pay Matrix (Rs.56100- 177500) or equivalent level or higher, out of which at least 10 years in handling Information Technology or E-Governance Related.

Tenure for NHAI Recruitment 2025:

The engagement of NHAI Recruitment 2025 is made on a promotion and deputation basis. The period of deputation including the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other Organisation or department shall ordinarily be 01 to 05 years. The period of deputation upto 05 years may be decided with the approval of the Chairman. The period of deputation may further be extended for the 06th year with the approval of the Secretary, the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways and for the 07th year with the approval of the Hon’ble Minister for Road Transport and Highways, subject to satisfactory performance.
