NHPC Recruitment 2023 for 401 Vacancies: Check Posts, Qualification and Other Details
NHPC Recruitment 2023: NHPC, the biggest hydropower company in India invites applications for the post of Trainee Engineer and Trainee Officer. There are a total of 401 Vacancies for the given posts. As per the official notification of NHPC recruitment 2023, the upper age limit to apply for the post is 30 years. Candidates applying for NHPC recruitment 2023 will be given a monthly remuneration between Rs. 50000 to Rs. 160000.

As per the official notification of NHPC recruitment 2023, the vacancies are open for the following posts-

As per the official notification of NHPC recruitment 2023, the upper age limit to apply for the post is 30 years.
The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years SC/ST, years OBC (Non-creamy layer). is relaxable 10 PwBD-OBC (Non-Layer) and 15 years PwBD-SC/ST candidates.
Candidates applying for NHPC recruitment 2023 will be given a monthly remuneration between Rs. 50000 to Rs. 160000.
For Trainee Engineer (Civil)- Full-time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology/B.Sc. (Engineering) Degree in Civil Discipline from a recognized Indian University/Institute approved by AICTE with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade OR
AMIE (enrollment up to 31.05.2013) with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade.
For Trainee Engineer (Electrical)- Full-time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology/B.Sc (Engineering) Degree in (IDA) Electrical Discipline from a recognized Indian University/Institute approved by AICTE with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade OR
AMIE (enrollment up to 31.05.2013) with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade.
Electrical Discipline includes Electrical/Electrical & Electronics/Power Systems & High Voltage/Power Engineering.
For Trainee Officer (Finance)- Graduate with a CA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / ICWA or CMA from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (formerly known as the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India). Passed Candidates are only eligible to apply.
For Trainee Officer (Law)- Full-time regular Graduate Degree in Law (Professional) (3 Years LLB or 5 Years Integrated Course) with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade from recognized Indian University/Institute recognized by Bar Council of India.

For Trainee Engineer (Civil), Trainee Engineer (Elect.) & Trainee Engineer (Mech.)- Candidates shall be shortlisted out of the candidates registered with NHPC as per merit based on the GATE 2022 marks and will be provisionally selected and extended “Offer of Appointment” on a provisional basis.
For Trainee Officer (Finance)- Candidates shall be shortlisted out of the candidates registered with NHPC as per merit based on the CA/CMA Intermediate and Final aggregate score and will be provisionally selected and extended “Offer of Appointment” on a provisional basis.
Only CA/CMA-passed Candidates are eligible to apply.
For Trainee Officer (HR)- Candidates who have appeared in the corresponding paper of the UGC NET-Dec-2021 & June 2022 (merged cycle) exams can apply. Candidates shall be shortlisted out of the candidates registered with NHPC as per merit based on the UGC NET Dec-2021 & June 2022 (merged cycle) marks and will be provisionally selected and extended “Offer of Appointment” on a provisional basis.
For Trainee Officer (Law)- Candidates who have appeared in the corresponding paper of the CLAT 2022 exam can apply. Candidates shall be shortlisted out of the candidates registered with NHPC as per merit based on the CLAT 2022 ((applicable for admission into LLM/ PG courses) marks and will be provisionally selected and extended “Offer of Appointment” on a provisional basis.
