NHRSC Recruitment 2023: Salary up to 150000 pm, Check Posts, Qualification and Other Details

NHRSC Recruitment 2023: National Health Systems Resource Centre (NHRSC) is under the Ministry of National Health mission invites applications from qualified candidates for the posts of Senior Consultant, Junior Consultant and Consultant. In accordance with the official notification of NHRSC recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will be given a monthly remuneration of up to Rs. 150000. As given in the notification of NHRSC recruitment 2023, the work location is New Delhi. The duration of contract is up to 31st March 2025 with further extensions of similar duration (subject to satisfactory performance). The age limit is different for every post which is given below in the article.

Candidates will be selected on the basis of written test (Objective and subjective), analytical test, computer proficiency and personal interview. All the information regarding the selection procedure will be intimated later. According to the official notification of NHRSC recruitment 2023, interested and eligible candidates can apply online through the official website of NHRSC. Post Name and No. of Vacancy for NHRSC Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of NHRSC recruitment 2023, applications are invited for the posts of Senior Consultant, Junior Consultant and Consultant.

The work location is New Delhi; Opportunity to gain hands on experience of public health canvas of states and districts.

Tenure- The duration of contract is up to 31st March 2025 with further extensions of similar duration (subject to satisfactory performance).

Pay Scale for NHRSC Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of NHRSC recruitment 2023, the monthly pay scale will be given be selected candidates as below-

For Senior Consultant- The selected candidates will be given a  monthly remuneration between Rs. 90000 to Rs. 150000.

For Junior Consultant- The selected candidates will be given a  monthly remuneration between Rs. 40000 to Rs. 70000.

For Consultant- The selected candidates will be given a  monthly remuneration between Rs. 60000 to Rs. 120000.

In addition to the renumeration mentioned above, Consultants of NHSRC are entitled to Free Accidental insurance, Subsidized Medical insurance (Pending Approval from MoH&FW), Mobile bills reimbursement, Laptop reimbursement (As per NHSRC Policy), 30 days Consolidated leave, fully paid Maternity leave (For Female Consultants) as per Government of India policy, performance linked increments, TA/ DA and per diem for on-duty visits.

Age Limit for NHRSC Recruitment 2023:

As given in the official notification of NHRSC recruitment 2023, the age limit is given below-

For Senior Consultant- The maximum age limit is 50 years.

For Junior Consultant- The maximum age limit is 35 years.

For Consultant- The maximum age limit is 45 years.

Qualification for NHRSC Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of NHRSC recruitment 2023, candidates applying for the given posts must have the given below qualifications-

For Senior Consultant-

MBBS/ BDS/ B.Sc. Nursing/ Bachelor of Science/ Bachelor of Engineering/ BA Economics with a full time 2 years post-graduation in any one of the following-

Post-Graduation-

1. Master of Public Health (MPH)
2. Postgraduate in Community Medicine/ Preventive & Social Medicine
3. Postgraduate Degree/ Diploma in Public Health Management
4. Postgraduate Degree/ Diploma in Healthcare Administration
5. Postgraduate Degree/ Diploma in Health/ Hospital Management

Experience-

  • At least 5 year of post qualification experience in public health sector. Preference would be given to those who have practiced medicine in PHC/blocks or have been part of NHM.
  • Work experience/Competence in the area of planning for health or health systems strengthening / Human Resources for Health particularly at National/ State level would be an advantage.

For Junior Consultant-

MBBS/ BDS/ Bachelor of Science/ BA- Economics/ Bachelor of Commerce with a full 2 years post-graduation in any one of the following-

Post-Graduation-

1. Master’s in Public Health (MPH)
2. Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma Public Health Management
3. Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Healthcare Administration
4. Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Health and Hospital
5. Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Health Management

Experience-

  • At least 1 years of Post Qualification work experience in public health is required.
  • Candidates with experience of working with State / MoHFW or have experience in NHM, would be preferred.
  • Work experience/Competence in the area of human resources for health or in planning particularly at National/ State level for health or health systems strengthening would be an advantage.

For Consultant-

MBBS/ BDS/ Bachelor of Science/ Bachelor of Engineering/ BA- Economics/ Bachelor of Commerce with a full time 2 years post-graduation in any one of the following-

Post-Graduation-

1. Master’s in Public Health (MPH)
2. Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma Public Health Management
3. Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Healthcare Administration
4. Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Health and Hospital
5. Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in health Management
6. Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Hospital
7. Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma/ MBA in Personal Management
8. Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma/ MBA in HR Management

Experience-

  • In case of MBBS, candidate with master’s in public health or PG Degree/ Diploma as mentioned in ToR with at least 1 year of post qualification experience in public health sector. Preference would be given to those who have practiced medicine in PHC/blocks or have been part of NHM.
  • In case of non MBBS candidates, at least 2 years of Post Qualification work experience public health is required. Candidates with experience in consulting, particularly those who have worked on State/MoHFW assignments would be preferred.
  • Work experience/Competence in the area of planning particularly at National/ State/
    district/ block level for health or health systems strengthening would be an advantage.
