As per the official notification of NRIDA recruitment 2023, the vacancy is open for the posts of Director, Joint Director, Deputy Director, Assistant Director and Data Scientist on a deputation/contractual basis.

Tenure– The appointment is made on a deputation/contractual basis for a period of 1 year from the date of joining which may, at the discretion of the Competent Authority be either extended or curtailed.

Age Limit for NIRDA Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of NRIDA recruitment 2023, the age limit is given below-

For Director- The upper age limit is 58 years.

For Director (On a contract Basis)- The upper age limit is 62 years.

For Joint Director- The officer to be considered should be preferably in the age group of 30-45 years but not exceeding 56 years.

For Joint Director (On a contract Basis)- The upper age limit is 62 years.

For Deputy Director (P/T)- The officer to be considered should be preferably in the age group of 30-45 years but not exceeding 56 years.

For Deputy Director (P/T) (On a contract Basis)- The upper age limit is 62 years.

For Deputy Director (F/A)- The officer to be considered should be preferably in the age group of 30-45 years but not exceeding 56 years.

For Assistant Director- The officer to be considered should be preferably in the age group of 30-45 years but not exceeding 56 years.

Salary for NIRDA Recruitment 2023:

As given in the official notification of NRIDA recruitment 2023, the age limit is given below-

For Director- The selected candidates will be given a monthly remuneration in level 14 of the pay matrix including other allowances as per GOI.

For Director (On a contract Basis)- Remuneration will be paid as per office Memorandum 3-25/2020-E.IIIA dated 09.12.2020 issued by the Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance, Government of India.

For Joint Director- The selected candidates will be given a monthly remuneration in level 13A of the pay matrix including other allowances as per GOI.

For Joint Director (On a contract Basis)- Remuneration will be paid as per office Memorandum 3-25/2020-E.IIIA dated 09.12.2020 issued by the Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance, Government of India.

For Deputy Director (P/T)- The selected candidates will be given a monthly remuneration in level 12 of the pay matrix including other allowances as per GOI.

For Deputy Director (P/T) (On a contract Basis)- Remuneration will be paid as per office Memorandum 3-25/2020-E.IIIA dated 09.12.2020 issued by the Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance, Government of India.

For Deputy Director (F/A)- The selected candidates will be given a monthly remuneration in level 12 of the pay matrix including other allowances as per GOI.

For Assistant Director- The selected candidates will be given a monthly remuneration in level 11 of the pay matrix including other allowances as per GOI.

Qualification for NIRDA Recruitment 2023:

Candidates must have the given below qualifications to apply for NRIDA recruitment 2023.

For Director- Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized Institution/ University. A person olding a Doctorate or a Post Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent degree with a specialization in the related areas of Civil Engineering works in road construction will be preferred.

Experience– Should have about 10-15 years of experience in the field in Central/ State Government/ PSU/ Autonomous Bodies, especially in project appraisal, monitoring and evaluation of projects including management of projects Funded by multilateral agencies like World Bank, Asian Development Bank etc. and fully conversant with procedures, technical specifications etc. in road Construction.

For Director (On a contract basis)- Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized Institution/ University. A person holding a Doctorate or a Post Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent degree with a specialization in the related areas of Civil engineering works in road construction will be preferred.

Eligibility– Should have retired from Central/State Government/ PSU/ Autonomous bodies at the level of CE or retired as SE with minimum 4 years of service.

Experience– Should have about 10-15 years of experience in the relevant field, especially in project appraisal, monitoring and evaluation of projects including management of projects funded by multilateral agencies like the World Bank, Asian Development Bank, etc., and fully conversant with procedures, technical specifications, etc. in road construction.

For Joint Director- Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized Institution/University. Persons holding a Post Graduate Degree or above in Highways Engineering/Transportation Engineering or Civil Engineering with specialization in the related areas of Civil Engineering works in road construction will be preferred.

Experience– The officer should have a minimum of 5 years experience in Civil Engineering Works elated to the Field of activity in road construction and should be conversant with Project Appraisal, Monitoring and Evaluation of Projects, Technical specifications, etc. in road construction in Central/State Govt./PSUs.

As per the official notification of NRIDA recruitment 2023 notification, eligible candidates can submit their application form through email at [email protected]. Applicants (Retired Govt. employees) applying on a contract basis are also have to submit a recommendation letter along with APARs of the last five years through their departments from where they retired. Applications for the post on a deputation basis should be submitted through proper channels and accompanied by cadre clearance, vigilance clearance, and certified copies of APARs of the last five years.
