NIA Recruitment 2023: 18 Vacancies for Various Posts, Check Post, Eligibility and How to Apply

NIA Recruitment 2023: National Investigation Agency (NIA) is inviting applications for the post of Explosive Expert, Cyber Forensic examiner, Finger Print Expert and Crime Scene Assistant on a deputation basis. As per the NIA Recruitment notification, there are total 18 vacancies for this post. Selected candidates will be paid on the pay matrix level 7 to 10.

The maximum age limit for the above-mentioned job posts is 56 years. The deputation term and conditions will be as per government as laid down in the govt. of India DoP&T OM No. 6/08/2009-Estt (Pay-II) dated 17.06.2010 as amended from time to time. Candidate meeting the below-mentioned eligibility criteria have to send their duly filled application on or before the last date. The last date for filling the application form is 2 months from the release of the notification (i.e. 09.01.2023).

Eligibility Criteria Required for NIA Recruitment 2023:

Candidates applying for the above-mentioned post should have been an officer under the Central Government/ State Government/ Universities/ Recognised Research Institutions/ Union Territories/ Public Sector Undertakings/ Semi-Government, statutory or Autonomous organization holding analogs posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/ department or candidate should have two years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in posts in the pay band-2, pay scale of Rs. 9300-34800 with grade pay of Rs. 4800 or equivalent in the parent cadre/ department or candidates having three years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in the posts in pay band 2, Pay Scale of Rs. 9300-34800 with a grade pay Rs. 4600 or equivalent in the parent cadre/department and a master’s degree in chemistry or M.Sc in Forensic Science with chemistry as one of the subjects at B.sc Level from a recognized University.

Pay Scale for NIA Recruitment 2023:

Selected candidates for the post of Explosive Expert, Cyber Forensic examiner and Finger Print Expert will get a monthly salary on a pay scale level 10 (Rs. 56100-177500), and the selected candidates for the post of Crime Scene Assistant will get a monthly salary on a pay scale level 7 (Rs. 44900-142400).

Age Limit for NIA Recruitment 2023:

Candidates applying for the above-mentioned post should not have crossed the age of 56 years.
