NIA Recruitment 2023: National Investigation Agency (NIA) is seeking applications from qualified candidates to fill up vacancies for the posts of Deputy Legal Adviser, Senior Public Prosecutor and Public Prosecutor. As per the official notification of NIA recruitment 2023, the candidate will be posted anywhere in India. The selected candidate for the above-mentioned posts will be given a monthly salary between Rs. 56100 to Rs. 209200. In accordance with the official notification of NIA recruitment 2023, the applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized university. There are a total of 12 vacancies for the given posts.
The period of deputation (including short-term contract), including a period of deputation (including short-term contract) in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization/ department of the Central Government shall not exceed four years. According to the official notification of NIA recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit is 56 years as of the closing date of receipt of the application. Government / Recognized Research Institutions/ Universities / Public Sector Undertakings / Semi-Government Officers of the Central Government / State Statutory or Autonomous Organisation:-
1- Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/ department.
2- With five years’ service in the grade on regular basis in posts in the Pay Band-3, Pay Scale of Rs. 15,600-39,100/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 5400/- or equivalent in the parent cadre/department.
In accordance with the official notification of NIA recruitment 2023, the applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized university.
Experience– Experience in the Prosecution of Criminal Cases.
As given in the official notification of NIA recruitment 2023, the selected candidate for the above-mentioned posts will be given a monthly salary between Rs. 56100 to Rs. 209200.
Deputy Legal Adviser- The selected candidate will be given a monthly salary between Rs. 78800 to Rs. 209200.
Senior Public Prosecutor- The selected candidate will be given a monthly salary between Rs. 67700 to Rs. 208700.
Public Prosecutor- The selected candidate will be given a monthly salary between Rs. 56100 to Rs. 177500.
