Salary for NIA Recruitment 2024:

The salary offered to the selected candidate for NIA Recruitment 2024 is mentioned below-

• Senior Public Prosecutor- The selected candidate will get a monthly salary of up to Rs. 208700.
• Public Prosecutor- The selected candidate will get a monthly salary of up to Rs. 177500.

As stated in the official notification of NIA Recruitment 2024, the appointment is made on a deputation basis for a period of not more than 03 years. Senior Public Prosecutor-

Officers of the Central Government / State Government / Recognized Research Institutions/ Universities / Public Sector Undertakings / Semi- Government Organisation:- / Statutory or Autonomous

• Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/ department, or
• With five years’ service in the grade on regular basis in posts in the Pay Band-3, Pay Scale of Rs. 15,600-39,100/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 5400/- or equivalent in the parent cadre / department, and

Public Prosecutor-

Officers of the Central Government / State Government / Recognized Research Institutions/ Universities / Public Sector Undertakings / Semi- Government / Statutory or Organisation:- Autonomous

• Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/ department, or
• With two years’ service in the grade on regular basis in post in Pay Band-2, Pay Scale of RS. 9300/- 34,800/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 4800/- or equivalent in the parent cadre/ department, and

Qualification for NIA Recruitment 2024:

Candidates must have the given below qualifications to apply for NIA Recruitment 2024.

Public Prosecutor-

• Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognised University.
• Candidates must have Five years’ experience in Prosecution of Criminal Cases.

Senior Public Prosecutor-

• Candidates must have Bachelors’ Degree in Law from a recognised University.
• Candidates must have Eight years’ experience in Prosecution of Criminal Cases.
