Candidates must have the given below Qualification to apply for NIA Recruitment 2024

Principal Information Officer- Officers under the Central Government or State Government or Union territories: –

• Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/ department, or
• With five years’ service in the grade on regular basis in posts in Level-12 in the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre/ department, and

Qualifications-

• Candidates must have Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or institute.
• Candidates must have Ten years’ experience in publicity or journalistic work in a Central Government or State Government or Union territories Organization.

Section Officer/Office Superintendent- Officers under the Central Government/ State Government/ Union Territories:-

• Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/department; or
• With the five years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in pots in level-6 (Rs. 35,400-1,12,400/-) in the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department: and

Qualifications-

• Candidates must have Bachelors’ Degree from a recognized University; and
• Candidates must have Computer proficiency in word processing, spread sheet, slide generation to be certified by cadre controlling authority.

Assistant- Officers of the Central Government or State Government or Union territories,-

• Holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or
• With six years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in level-5 (Rs. 29200-92300) in the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; and

Qualifications-

• Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised University; and
• Candidates must have Passed the computer proficiency test as prescribed by the Staff Selection Commission.
