Salary for NIIF Recruitment 2024:

The candidates who are selected for NIIF Recruitment 2024 will get a monthly amount as listed below:

For Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer

• The monthly amount offered to the selected candidates is Rs.120000.

For Manager Finance and Admin

• The monthly amount offered to the selected candidates is Rs. 65000.

Tenure for NIIF Recruitment 2024:

The appointment for NIIF Recruitment 2024 will be initially made for a period of 03 years with the provision of renewal thereafter for 1+1 years.

Age Limit for NIIF Recruitment 2024:

The age criteria for applying for NIIF Recruitment 2024 are given below:

For Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer

• The applicants should not be more than the age of 35 years.

For Manager Finance and Admin

• The applicants should not be more than the age of 32 years.

Educational Qualification for NIIF Recruitment 2024:

The candidates must have the necessary educational qualifications to apply for NIIF Recruitment 2024 as described below:

For Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer-

• The candidates must be Members of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. An additional degree in Law/CA/CWA would be of added advantage.
• Experience
• The candidates must have a minimum of 5 years post-ACS Experience in Investor Relations, Secretarial Matters Statutory Compliances etc.
• The candidates must have Preference shall be given to those who have working experience in handling AIF Compliance and/ or experience in PSU/Government organizations as Company Secretary.

For Manager Finance and Admin

• The candidates must have a B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance. Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Member of ICWA would be of added advantage.

Experience

• The candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing a full set of accounts functions and ensuring local statutory and related Compliance. Preparing budget and latest estimates and timely and accurate corporate reporting. The incumbent is also expected to handle admin, HR and other office-related matters.
