Petronet LNG Recruitment 2023: Petronet LNG Limited is inviting applications from eligible Indian candidates for the posts of DGM, Chief Manager, Dy. Manager and Manager. DGM (Corporate Strategy Planning)
Candidates should have Full-time B Tech/ BE Degree in any branch with a minimum of 60% & above / CGPA (6 & above on a scale of 10) marks from a recognized Board/ University / Institute approved by AICTE. MBA/ PGDM or equivalent degree in (International Business/Business Analytics/ Business Management/ Finance/ Marketing) from a recognized Board/ University / Institute approved by AICTE would be an added advantage.
DGM (Corporate Social Responsibility)
Candidates should have Full-time Bachelor’s degree with two years and Full-time Master’s Degree in Social Work or equivalent or MBA or B.Tech/ BE in Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical discipline with a minimum of 60% & above / CGPA (6 & above on the scale of 10) from a recognized Board/ University / Institute approved by UGC/ AICTE.
DGM (HR Administration)
Candidates should have a Full-time Bachelor’s degree with two years and Full-time MBA (HR)/PGDM in Human Resources / Personnel Management / MSW or an equivalent degree with a minimum of 60% & above / CGPA (6 & above on a scale of 10) from a recognized Board/ University / Institute approved by UGC/AICTE.
DGM (Marketing)
Candidates should have Full-Time B Tech/BE degree in any branch with a minimum of 60% & above/CGPA (6 & above on the scale of 10) from a recognized Board/ University/Institute approved by AICTE. MBA/PGDM/CA/ICWA or equivalent in Marketing/International Business/Petroleum Management/Energy Economics/Oil &Gas or equivalent will be an added advantage.

Mention below is the experience required for Petronet LNG Recruitment 2023:
DGM (Corporate Strategy Planning)
Candidate must have a minimum of 16 years of post-qualification experience, out of which. In the recent 5 years, the candidate should have a minimum of 3 years experience in an energy sector company preferably from Hydrocarbon Sector having an annual turnover of Rs. 2000 crore or more; and At least 10 years of work experience in Oil/Gas/Petrochemical Sector in Marketing/Planning/Optimization/Business Development functions. Applicants with experience in commercial matters, negotiations, logistics, legal and strategic planning would have added advantage. The candidate must be well versed in financial models, MIS reporting, nuances of presentation for Senior and Top Management Teams, and good control of data points to facilitate decision-making.
DGM (Corporate Social Responsibility)
Candidate must have a minimum of 16 years of post-qualification experience. In the recent 5 years, the candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a large organization with an annual turnover of Rs. 2000 crore or more. The candidate should have at least 10 years of strong domain experience in CSR. In-depth working knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas shall be an added advantage. (i) formulating, managing, and updating CSR Policies (ii) Formulating CSR Strategy and reinforcing the company’s social responsibility through internal communications (iii) identification of high-impact projects (iv) Impact assessment (v) compliance to statutory provisions and reporting (vi) Stakeholder Management, (vii) Integrating company branding strategies with CSR initiatives, etc. The candidate should also have experience in designing community outreach programs, driving Need Assessment studies, and has proven effectiveness in driving complex multi-stakeholder planning processes and cross-team projects to achieve results.
