NIT Jamshedpur Recruitment 2023: National Institute of Technology (NIT) Jamshedpur is inviting interested and eligible candidates for the post of Assistant Registrar, Senior Assistant, Senior Technician, Junior Assistant and Technician. As mentioned in the official notification of NIT Jamshedpur Recruitment 2023, there are 18 vacancies available for the mentioned positions. The selected candidates will get a monthly salary of upto Rs.56100. The minimum age maximum age limit for applying for the mentioned position is 27 to 37 years. The educational qualification is different for each post (mentioned below in the article). The candidates should have relevant years of experience in their appropriate fields.

For Assistant Registrar:
The candidates should have a Master’s degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks or its equivalent Grade in the CGPA/ UGC point scale with a good academic record from a recognized University / Institute or
Employees serving as Superintendent (SG-I) / Private Secretary (NFG) in PB-2, GP of Rs.5400/- with at least two years regular service or Superintendent (SG-II) / Private Secretary (NFG) in PB-2 GP of Rs.4800/- with at least five years regular service with Master’s degree.
Desirable:
The candidates must have qualifications in the area of Management / Engineering / Law.
Experience working in E-Office systems or Chartered or Cost Accountant for the post of Assistant Registrar (Finance and Accounts).
For Senior Assistant:
The candidates should have passed Senior Secondary (10+2) from a recognized board with a minimum Typing speed of 35 w.p.m. and proficiency in Computer Word Processing and Spread Sheet.
Desirable:
The candidates must have good Proficiency in other computer skills and stenography skills.
Bachelor’s degree.
For Senior Technician:
The candidates should have passed Senior Secondary (10+2) with Science from a recognized board with at least 60% marks or Senior Secondary (10+2) from a recognized board with at least 50% marks and ITI Course of one year or higher duration in appropriate trade or Secondary (10) with at least 60% marks and ITI Certificate of 2 years duration in appropriate trade or Diploma in Engineering of three years duration in a relevant field from a recognized Polytechnic Institute.
Desirable:
The candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree.
For Junior Assistant:
The candidates should have passed Senior Secondary (10+2) from a recognized board with a minimum Typing speed of 35 w.p.m. and proficiency in Computer Word Processing and Spread Sheet.
Desirable:
The candidates should have good proficiency in other computer skills and stenography skills.
For Technician:
The candidates should have passed Senior Secondary (10+2) with Science from a Government recognized board with at least 60% marks or Senior Secondary (10+2) from a Government recognized board with at least 50% marks and ITI Course of one year or higher duration in appropriate trade or Secondary (10) with at least 60% marks and ITI Certificate of 2 years duration in appropriate trade or Diploma in Engineering of three years duration in a relevant field from a Government recognized Polytechnic Institute.
As stated in the official notification of NIT Jamshedpur Recruitment 2023, the applicable candidates will be selected on the basis of a Computer Test/ Skill Test/ Interview and Physical Document Verification. The admit card, date, time, and place of CBT will be communicated by NTA through its website. Candidates will be allowed to appear in the test provisionally.
