In accordance with the official notification of Doordarshan Kendra Recruitment 2023, applications are invited to fill the vacancy for the post of Post Production Assistant, Beautician / Hair Dresser, Resource Person, Video Assistant, Set Assistant, Library Assistant, Social Media Assistant, C.G.operator and Broadcast Assistant.

Age Limit for Doordarshan Kendra Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of Doordarshan Kendra Recruitment 2023, the minimum age limit is 21 years and the maximum age limit is 40 years as on the date of 21.08.2023.

Salary for Doordarshan Kendra Recruitment 2023:

As given in the official notification of Doordarshan Kendra Recruitment 2023, the selected candidate will get remuneration as per the basis of the assignment as below-

• The selected candidates for the post of Post Production Assistant will get Rs.3500 per assignment and up to a maximum 07 assignments in a month and 84 in a year.
• The selected candidates for the post of Beautician / Dresser, Resource Person and Set Assistant will get Rs.3000 per assignment and up to a maximum of 07 assignments in a month and 84 in a year.
• The selected candidates for the post of Video Assistant will get Rs.5000 per assignment and up to a maximum of 07 assignments in a month and 84 in a year.
• The selected candidates for the post of C.G. operator and Social Media Assistant will get Rs.2000 per assignment and up to a maximum of 07 assignments in a month and 84 in a year.
• The selected candidates for the post of Broadcast Assistant and Library Assistant will get Rs.2500 per assignment and up to a maximum of 07 assignments in a month and 84 in a year.

Qualification for Doordarshan Kendra Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of Doordarshan Kendra Recruitment 2023, the required qualification for the specified posts are mentioned below-

For Post Production Assistant-

• Professional Degree/Diploma in Film Video editing from a recognized university/ institute. Candidate must be well-versed with latest softwares.

Desirable-

• Two years experience for TV/ Doordarshan Programme.

For Beautician / Hair Dresser-

• Professional Degree / Diploma in Make-up.

Desirable-

• Two years experience of working in professional parlor or Experience of working in Theatre/TV industry as a makeup artist/ Hair dresser.

For Resource Person-

• Class – XII + 3 year Experience in TV / Doordarshan Programme Production and Co- ordination. OR
• Graduation with professional Diploma in Radio and TV Programme Production/Mass Communication /Journalism.

Desirable-

• Proficiency in Script Writing and Presentation in Bengali and Good PR skills.
• Experience in TV Reporting.
• Experience in working in Studio Floor management.
• Experience in Film/TV Industry in Lighting Arrangement.

For Video Assistant-

• Professional Degree / Diploma in Videography from a recognized university/ institute.

Desirable-

• Two years Experience for TV/ Doordarshan Programme.

For Set Assistant-

• HS or Equivalent from a recognized board. Must have good physique and sound health and Fitness.

Desirable-

• Two year experience in Set erection or dismantling of Set in TV/ Film industry.

For C.G.operator-

• Graduation from a recognized University and verifiable certificate in Computer Graphics/ Graphic Designing (Online/ Offline).
• Good command over Bengali Typing.

Desirable-

• Experience in related job involving typographical work in any media unit.

For Broadcast Assistant –

In Duty Room-

• Candidates should have Graduation from a recognized University.

Desirable-

• One year experience in Broadcasting / Management Proficiency in Computer.

In Commerical Section-

• Candidate should have Graduation in Commerce from a recognized University

Desirable-

• One year experience in Broadcasting Management Proficiency in Computer.

For Library Assistant-

• Graduation in from a recognized University and verifiable certification in MS Excel(Online/Offline).

Desirable-

• Degree/ Diploma in Library Science.

Tenure for Doordarshan Kendra Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of Doordarshan Kendra Recruitment 2023, the maximum number of assignment days is 7 (seven) days in a month and 72 days in a year, depending on the needs of the program. One assignment may take up to 2-3 days.

Selection Process for Doordarshan Kendra Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of Doordarshan Kendra Recruitment 2023, the selection will be based on a skill test / written test/personality test and/or screen test. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the selection process. The selection will be done through constituted selection committee.
