NTPC Recruitment 2022: NTPC is India’s largest integrated power company with an installed capacity of 70,254 MW and has a presence in the entire value chain of the power generation business. NTPC is looking for experienced professionals for the post of Executive (Process Engineering Urea/Ammonia), Executive (Process Engineering-Chemical/Methanol), Executive (Sustainable Development/Carbon Management), Executive (Bio-Energy), Executive (LA/R&R) and  Executive (IT) on a fixed term basis. There are a total of 11 vacancies for the given posts. The monthly remuneration paid is up to Rs. 100000.

Name of Posts, Vacancies, Qualification, and Other Details for NTPC Recruitment 2022:

1- Post Name- Executive (Process Engineering Urea/Ammonia)  –  01

Qualification–  Graduate Engineering Degree in Chemical discipline with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University.

Experience– Minimum 05 years post qualification relevant experience in Operation and Process Engineering of Ammonia and Urea plants out of which minimum 02 years experience in DCS operation, Conversant with Engineering and Operation of Gas Turbine, Safety systems of Urea/ammonia and Storage tanks, General HSE Conditions of Fertilizer industry, FICC related matters, Fire and Safety Systems, Zero effluent discharge facilities and Neem ol coating requirements. Candidates having experience in a medium to large size Urea/Ammonia Projects will be preferred.

2- Post Name- Executive (Process Engineering-Chemical/Methanol)  –  01

Qualification- Graduate Engineering Degree in Chemical discipline with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University.

Experience- Minimum 05 years post qualification relevant experience in Operation and Process Engineering of Methanol/hydroprocessing/refinery/Methanol derivatives plants out of which minimum 02 years experience in DCS operation, Conversant with Engineering and Operation NG-SMR based Methanol/Chemical/Fuel plants, Safety aspects of these plants, Storage tanks, General HSE Conditions of Chemical industry, Fire and Safety Systems, Zero effluent discharge facilities. Candidates having experience in a medium to large size NG-based methanol/chemical/fuel Projects will be preferred.

3- Post Name- Executive (Sustainable Development/Carbon Management)   –  02

Qualification- Post Graduate Degree in Environment or Graduate in Engineering with at least 60% marks from a recognized University/Institute. Candidates with MBA (or equivalent) and/or MSc./M. Tech/Ph.D in the relevant field (economics, environment, sustainability, public policy) will be preferred.

Experience- Minimum 02 years’ experience in Industry (Manufacturing, services, Consultancy) In the fields of either of Management, Sustainable Development/ESG with hands on experience on Report preparation and data management.

4- Post Name- Executive (Bio Energy)  –  01

Qualification- Graduate Engineering Degree/ME/MTech in Mechanical/Chemical/Renewable Energy with atleast 60% marks from a recognized University/Institute.

Experience- Engineering Degree with minimum 03 years’ experience or ME/M.Tech with minimum 01 year experience in Research/Teaching/Design & development/Industrial experience in renewable energy sector in the field of Bio Energy R&D/Design/Manufacturing and Consultancy with a focus on biomass. Individuals applying for this position should ve an interest and experience in biomass processing (e.g. pelletization, densification)thermochemical conversion of ass to fuels and chemicals, specifically in the conversion of forest or agriculture-based biomass or other organic waste.

5- Post Name- Executive (IT)   –  01

Qualification- Graduate Engineering Degree/ME/MTech in Computer Science/IT with atleast 60% marks from a recognized University/Institute.

Experience- Engineering Degree with minimum 3 years’ experience or ME/M.Tech with minimum 1 year experience in R&D Institution/Industry in the field of Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning/Data science/Web Development/IT Admin./Digital Marketing with sound understanding of programming language and development platform with Knowledge of HTML latest edition, CSS, JavaScript, C#.NET Framework with Visual Studio Net, Web API, MVC, jquery. IIS Web Server Administration, SQL Data Base Management with Database Design, Backup, and Restore & Recovery.

6- Post Name- Executive (LA/R&R)  –  11

Qualification- PG Degree/PG Diploma/PG Programme in Rural Management/Rural Development or MSW or Graduate in Engineering with at least 60% marks from recognized University/Institute.

Experience- Minimum 02 years experience in conducting/review/analysis/ monitoring of socio economic surveys (SES), Study and analysis of viability of various rehabilitation options, RAP Plan & Implementation, handling R&R matters. Consultation with stake holders through participatory tools like rural appraisal, public hithings, VDAC etc. Candidates with experience of handing matters related to land acquisition under LA/CBA and handling R&R activities in thermal coal mining/hydro projects, experience in handling the CSR provisions of Companies Act, Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land acquisition, Resettlement and rehabilitation Act-2013 and implementation of the guidelines will be preferred.
