The position of Director (Projects) at Odisha Hydro Power Corporation Ltd. (OHPC) is open to candidates.

Tenure for OHPC Recruitment 2023:

In order to apply for a contract basis for OHPC Recruitment 2023, the candidate will be hired on a contract basis for 05 years, or until the employee becomes 63, whichever comes first.
The nominee will be placed on probation for 01 year, and the appointment shall be confirmed after satisfactory completion of the probation period and approval of the Energy Department.

Qualification for OHPC Recruitment 2023:

• Candidate must be B. Tech Degree holder in Electrical Engineering or equivalent from a recognized University/Institute.
  Possession of an MBA qualification or its equivalent Degree from a recognized Management School will be considered an added advantage.

Experience for OHPC Recruitment 2023:

Referring to the official notification of OHPC Recruitment 2023, the experience required for the assigned position is given below.

Internal Candidate

• A proven track record of at least 20 years of post-qualification experience in relevant functional areas out of which at least 02 years in a senior-level position (GM & above)
  OR
• The candidate shall be drawing pay in the scale of Rs. 123100 to 215900 in level-15 of ORSP Rules, 2017 or a higher scale of pay on the date of advertisement.
• The applicant shall furnish the organizational chart indicating his/her current position therein.
• If an internal candidate is selected for the post of Director (Project), they  should resign/take VRS from his service and join as Director (Project) on Contractual appointment.

For all other candidates

• A proven track record of at least 20 years of post-qualification experience in relevant functional areas out of which at least 03 years in a senior-level position (GM & above) in an organization of repute.
  OR
• The candidate shall be drawing pay in the scale of Rs.123100 to Rs.215900 in Level-15 of ORSP Rules, 2017 or equivalent revised scale of pay or higher pay of Central Govt./CPSE/other organization on the date of advertisement.
• The applicant shall furnish the organizational chart indicating their current position therein.

Age Limit for OHPC Recruitment 2023:

The official OHPC Recruitment 2023 notification, the minimum age requirement for the designated position is 45 years old, while the maximum age limit for both internal and external candidates is 60 years old.

Salary for OHPC Recruitment 2023:

The chosen applicant will receive  CTC between Rs. 35 lacs to Rs. 70 Lacs per annum, per the official OHPC Recruitment 2023 notification.
