Age Limit for OIL India Recruitment 2023:

The age of the candidate shall be below 57 years on the last date of receipt of the application given in the advertisement.

Eligibility for Oil India Recruitment 2023:

The eligibility, qualification, and experience details for the given posts for Oil India Recruitment 2023 should be as given below:

1. For Additional Director General (Exploration)

The candidate should be appointed to the Post of Executives in Level E8 of ONGC or equivalent level in National Oil Companies and Public Sector Oil Marketing Companies.

Qualification

The candidate should hold a Master’s Degree in Geology/Geophysics

Experience (Essential)

He/She should have 25 years out of which 10 years should be in upstream oil and gas operations.

Experience (Desirable)

The candidate should have a working experience in senior positions of management, E&P operations, E&P data generation and dissemination, basin modeling, reservoir prospecting, and identification of exploration acreages.

2. For Additional Director General (Development):

Eligibility

The candidate should be appointed at the post of Executives in Level E8 of ONGC or equivalent level in NOCs and Public Sector OMCs.

Qualification

The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum/ Chemical / Mechanical Engineering

Experience (Essential)

He/She should have 25 years out of which 10 years should be in upstream oil and gas operations

Experience (Desirable)

He/She should have a working experience in senior positions of managing E&P operations viz. field development, production, project monitoring, policy formulation, and execution in upstream Oil & Gas.

Tenure for Engagement for Oil India Recruitment 2023:

The selected candidate will be appointed for a period of three years or till the incumbent completes the age of superannuation of 60 years, whichever is earlier.

Pay Scale for Oil India Recruitment 2023:

Selected candidates would continue to draw their parent organization’s pays, allowances, and other facilities from their respective organizations, which shall be reimbursed to the parent organization by DGH.
