Age Limit for OIL Recruitment 2023:

The minimum age limit to apply for the post is 20 years and the maximum is 40 years for UR Category.

The maximum age limit for SC/ST is 45 years.

Qualifications and Experience Required for OIL Recruitment 2023:

1. For Contractual Boiler Operator – Class I

• Trade Certificate in the relevant course of 02 (two) years duration from a Government Recognized Institute. Must have passed Class 10 from a Government Recognized Board.
• Must possess a valid and current Class I Boiler Attendant Certificate issued by a Competent Government Authority.

Experience-

Minimum 02 (two) years post qualification relevant work experience.

2. For Contractual Boiler Operator – Class II

• Trade Certificate in the relevant course of 02 (two) years duration from a Government Recognized Institute. Must have passed Class 10 from a Government Recognized Board.

• Must possess a valid and current Class II Boiler Attendant Certificate issued by a Competent Government Authority.

Experience-

Minimum 02 years post qualification relevant work experience.

Salary for OIL Recruitment 2023:

Selected candidates will be paid post wise on the basis of Fixed and Variable emolument as given below:

For Contractual Boiler Operator – Class I

Fixed Emolument- Rs. 19,500 only per month based on attendance including paid leave, and holiday, if any.

Variable Emolument- Rs. 750 only per day for each working day

For Contractual Boiler Operator – Class II

Fixed Emolument- Rs. 16,640 only per month based on attendance including paid leave, holiday, if any.

Variable Emolument- Rs. 640 only per day for each working day.

Selection Process of OIL Recruitment 2023:

As per the OIL recruitment 2023, the selection process depends on their Walk-in-Practical/Skill Test cum Personal Assessment. The passing marks of the Walk-in-Practical/Skill Test cum Personal Assessments will be a minimum of 50%.

The final selection from among the candidates will be only on the basis of merit as per the marks obtained in the Walk-in-Practical/Skill Test cum Personal Assessments.
