OMC Recruitment 2022: Odisha Mining Corporation has invited applications for the post of General Manager (Civil) and Sr. Manager Posts for Recruitment in Odisha Mining Corporation. There are a total of Two vacant positions in the department one post for each designation. The selected Candidate will get a pay scale between Rs. 67000 to Rs. 216000 for the relevant posts.
The Maximum Age Limit for the General Manager post is 55 years and 40 years for the Sr. Manager post. Essential
BE/ B. Tech. in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or Institute approved by AICTE/UGC.
Desirable
M. Tech/MBA/PGDM in Construction Management/ Project Management/ Structural Engineering/ Architecture shall have added advantages.
2. Sr. Manager
BE/ B. Tech. in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or Institute approved by AICTE/UGC.
1. General Manager (Civil)
(i) Minimum 20 years post qualification experience in drawing, design, and estimation of civil projects, rate analysis, tendering, execution, supervision, and monitoring of different civil / infrastructure projects, housing, roads, environmental/statutory constructions, etc.
(ii) Must have sound knowledge of project report/proposal preparation, preparation of BOQ and report preparation, framing of contract terms and contract finalization, tendering procedures, revision, and finalization of works, preparation of bills and bill evaluation, investigation, and evaluation of civil projects, etc.
(iii) Knowledge of Auto CAD & other software, exposure to SAP environment and E-Procurement will also be an added advantage.
2. Sr. Manager
(i) Minimum 08 years post qualification experience in execution, supervision and monitoring of different civil / infrastructure projects, housing, roads, environmental/statutory constructions etc.
(ii) Must have sound knowledge of estimation, project report preparation, preparation of BOQ and report preparation, tendering contract finalization etc.
(iii) Experience in mineral beneficiation plant / ETP / ore handling plant will be an added advantage.
(iv) Knowledge of Auto CAD, exposure to SAP environment and E-Procurement will also be an added advantage.
