BEL Recruitment 2022: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) has invited applications for engagement under the Ministry of Defence, which requires personnel to be appointed to TRAINEE ENGINEER and PROJECT ENGINEER Positions on a Contract basis for the Kotdwara Unit for its various projects locations all over India. There are a total of 35 Vacancies for the Posts. The age limit for Trainee Engineer-I shall be 28 years as and as for Project Engineer-I, the age of the candidate shall be 32 as of 15.12.2022.

Candidates are advised to download the application format available on the company’s website. The downloaded application format duly filled in all respects with a recent color passport-size photograph of the applicant along with the photocopies of the documents/enclosure and a demand draft of a requisite fee to be forwarded to The Manager (HR&A), Bharat Electronics Limited, Kotdwara, Pauri Garwhal, Uttarakhand – 246149 by POST ONLY so as to reach us on or before 15.12.2022.

Age-Limit for BEL Recruitment 2022:

For Trainee Engineer-I:

The age of the candidate shall be 28 as on 15.12.2022.

For Project Engineer-I:

The age of the candidate shall be 32 as on 15.12.2022.

Educational Qualification for BEL Recruitment 2022:

4 years full-time B.E./ B. Tech Engineering course from any AICTE recognized Institute/ University in the disciplines of Electronics/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Telecommunication/ Telecommunication / Communication / Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics/ Computer Science/ Computer Science Engineering/ Computer Science & Engineering.

Post-Qualification Experience for BEL Recruitment 2022:

For Trainee Engineer – I

A minimum of 0 – 01 (One) Year of relevant post-qualification industrial experience is required for all disciplines mentioned in Para.3.0.

For Project Engineer – I

A Minimum of 02 (Two) years of relevant post-qualification industrial experience is required for all disciplines mentioned in Para.3.0.

Pay Scale for BEL Recruitment 2022:

For Trainee Engineer-I:

1st Year – Rs. 30,000

2nd Year – Rs. 35,000

3rd Year – Rs. 40,000 (If required)

For Project Engineer-I:

1st Year – Rs. 40,000

2nd Year – Rs. 45,000

3rd Year – Rs. 50,000

4th Year – Rs. 55,000 (If required)

Term of Appointment:

For Trainee Engineer-I:

Will be engaged for an initial period of 03 years which may be extended up to a maximum of One year (Maximum tenure of 04 years) based on project requirements and individual performance.

For Project Engineer-I:

Will be engaged for an initial period of 2 years, which may be extended up to a maximum of One year ( Maximum tenure of 3 years) based on project requirements and individual performance.

a) Project Engineer-I: General, EWS, and OBC candidates: Rs. 472 (Application fee – Rs. 400 plus 18% GST).
