OMC Recruitment 2023: Odisha Mining Corporation Limited (OMC)is the largest State PSU in the Mining Sector in the Country, undertakes exploration, mining and trading of iron, chrome & bauxite ores. OMC is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the posts of Addl. General Manager, Dy. General Manager, Sr. Manager and Manager. There are a total of 06 vacancies for the given post. As per the official notification of OMC Recruitment 2023, candidates will be given a monthly remuneration of up to Rs. 215900. The upper age limit is different for every post which is given below in the article.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of qualification, experience and interview. The final Selection shall be made on the basis of the scores secured in base career, higher education, additional experience and personal interview. The upper age limit to apply for OMC recruitment 2023 is given below-
Age relaxation for SC/SEBC, Ex-Servicemen, Persons with Benchmark Disability(PwBD), Sports Persons & Women shall be considered per the State Government’s guidelines. Departmental candidates shall be given 10 (Ten) years of age relaxation, per Corporation Rules.
B.E/B. Tech/ B. Sc Engg. in any discipline.
Desirable– MBA/PGDBM/PGDM in Material Management/Supply Chain Management/Logistic Management/Finance/Marketing or LLB or any other relevant qualification.

Candidates will be selected on the basis of qualification, experience and interview. Out of a total of 100 marks, 70 marks will be assigned for shortlisting the eligible candidates for qualification and experience and 30 marks for a personal interview. The shortlisted candidates called for personal interviews may undergo a Psychometric Test. However, the final Selection shall be made on the basis of the scores secured in base career, higher education, additional experience and personal interview.
As per the official notification of OMC Recruitment 2023, eligible candidates can submit the duly filled-in and signed application given in the official notification along with attested copies of Certificates, Mark sheets, Experience Certificate, etc. in support of their eligibility by Speed Post/Courier in a cover superscribed “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF …………” to General Manager (P&A), Odisha Mining Corporation Ltd., OMC House, Bhubaneswar-751001.
