AIC Recruitment 2023: Agriculture Insurance Company of India Limited (AIC) was established under the auspices of the Government of India and sponsored by six public sector companies to serve the Indian farming community as a speciality crop insurance provider. Agriculture Insurance Company of India Limited (AIC) has issued a job advertisement for the position of Management Trainee in the Generalist discipline. According to the AIC Recruitment announcement, there are 50 available positions. Candidates will be hired for a year of training. During the training session, selected candidates would be paid Rs. 60000 per month.

1. Candidate must possess the minimum qualification as listed in the table below from a recognised University or any equivalent qualification recognised as such by Central Government. Candidates should possess certificate in proof of passing the qualifying examination as on 01.01.2023 and have to ensure the following :
2. Educational qualification should be from a University/ Institution/ Board recognised by Govt. of India/approved by Govt. Regulatory Bodies and the result should have been declared on or before 01.01.2023.
3. The candidate must possess valid mark-sheet/Degree Certificate of the necessary qualification as on 01.01.2023.
4. Graduate in Arts/ Science/ Commerce/ Agriculture/Horticulture/ Animal Husbandry/ Management/Statistics/ HR/ Others with 60% marks (55 % marks for SC/ ST).
Candidates applying for the above-mentioned position must be at least 21 years old and must not be older than 30 years old.
Selected candidates for the post of Management Trainee will get Rs 60000 per month for one year of training.
Candidates will be chosen based on an online assessment and an in-person interview.
