ONGC Recruitment 2025: Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) is recruiting eligible and desirous candidates for the posts of Junior Consultants and Associate Consultants in Production/Drilling Discipline. Based on the official notification of ONGC Recruitment 2025, there are 54 vacant seats available for the given posts. The appointment is made on a contract basis for a period of 02 years from the date of joining or up to the age of 65 years, whichever is earlier. Engagement on a contract basis will be subject to medical fitness by ONGC Medical Authority as per Mines Rules 1955. The candidates will be selected on the basis of a written test and personal interaction/interview.
To be eligible for applying to ONGC Recruitment 2025, Retired ONGC executives who retired at E1 to E3 level for Junior consultant and at E4 to E5 level for Associate consultant from Production/Drilling discipline with at least 5 years of in-line experience in Work Over/Drilling field operations. The selected candidates for the post of Junior Consultant will be paid a salary of Rs.27000 during the 1st year and Rs.28350 during the 2nd year. The selected candidates for the post of Associate Consultant will be paid a monthly salary of Rs.40000 during the 1st year and Rs.42000 during the 2nd year. The engagement of ONGC Recruitment 2025 is made on a contract basis and the chosen candidates will be hired for a period of 02 years from the date of joining or up to the age of 65 years, whichever is earlier. Engagement on a contract basis will be subject to medical fitness by the ONGC Medical Authority as per Mines Rules 1955.
As stated in the official notification of ONGC Recruitment 2025, the selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of a written test and personal interaction/interview. The written test shall be conducted in pen-and-paper format. The question paper will be bilingual (English and Hindi), having Objective Type, Multiple Choice Questions. There will be a total of 20 questions to be answered in a 60-minute duration. Each question shall carry 2.5 marks and there will be no negative marking for wrong answers. No TA/DA/Accommodation shall be paid for written test/Interview/ interaction. Candidates qualifying in the written test will be shortlisted and called for Interaction/Interview.
