(Enforcement)/Assistant Works Engineer in Group-A of Odisha Transport Engineering Service under Commerce and Transport Department. Salary for OPSC Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of OPSC recruitment 2023, the selected candidate for the above-mentioned post will be given a monthly salary of Rs. 56100 in Level-12, Cell-1 of the pay matrix under ORSP rules, 2017 with usual Dearness and other Allowances as may be sanctioned by the government from time to time.

Qualification for OPSC Recruitment 2023:

The applicant must hold a Degree in from a recognized university.

• Automobile Engineering.
• Mechanical Engineering with Automobile Engineering as a subject. OR
• Any other subject or discipline from a recognized University as may be declared by the Government to be equivalent to the degree as specified in Clause.
• Possess a license to drive a Transport Vehicle.
• Provided that Candidates not possessing a valid driving license for Transport Vehicle, shall undergo driving training of Transport Vehicle in a recognized Heavy Motor Vehicle Driving Training School during the probation period and obtain the driving license, the failing which his service shall be liable to be terminated.
• Candidates should have knowledge of Computer applications.

Selection Procedure for OPSC Recruitment 2023:

Candidates will be selected on the basis of written test, computer skill test and viva-voce test/interview. The candidates who qualify in the written examination will be called for the Skill Test in Computer and candidates who qualify in the Skill Test will be called for viva-voca test/interview.

The written examination will be of Objective type/Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) pattern and will carry 150 marks with a duration of 03 hours. The test will be held at Cuttack. The details regarding the test will be intimated later to the shortlisted candidates.
