Salary for OSSC Recruitment 2023:

The salary offered to the selected candidate for OSSC Recruitment 2023 is given below-

For Junior Mining Officer, Junior MVI, Junior Engineer (Mechanical, Civil) and Junior Engineer (Civil)- The selected candidate will get a monthly salary in level 09.

For Tracer- The selected candidate will get a monthly salary in level 05.

For Laboratory Assistant- The selected candidate will get a monthly salary in level 07.

For CLaboratory Attendant- The selected candidate will get a monthly salary in level 02.

Age Limit for OSSC Recruitment 2023:

• Candidates should not be less than 21 years.
• Candidates should not be more than 38 years.

Qualification for OSSC Recruitment 2023:

For Junior Engineer (Mechanical) under Directorate of Ports & Inland Water Transport-

• Candidate must have done Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from any Institution. However, the candidates having higher qualification such as Degree/B-Tech/BE are also allowed to apply for the post provided they must possess Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

For Junior Engineer (Civil) under Director of Municipal Administration, H & UD Department-

• Candidates must have done Diploma in Civil Engineering from any Institution and must be a computer literate.

For Tracer under Director of Town Planning- 

• Candidate must have done Matric with NTC/NAC with two years training in Civil Draughtsman ship & knowledge in Computer Application and Auto-CAD.

For Laboratory Assistant (against 09 posts for Mechanical Engineering)

• Candidate must have done Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University approved by SCT&VT.

For Junior Mining Officer under the Directorate of Mines & Geology

• The candidate must have possessed at least 2nd Class Diploma Certificate in Mining Engineering from any recognized Polytechnic/Courses in India or any other certificate from any recognized Polytechnic or Courses or Board considered equivalent to the Diploma in Mining Engineering.

Selection Procedure for OSSC Recruitment 2023:

As stated in the official notification of OSSC Recruitment 2023, candidates will be selected on the basis of Preliminary Exam, Main exam and verification. The details regarding the selection will be intimated later to the shortlisted applicants.
