On 17.04.22 based on profiling, Delhi Customs officers at IGI Airport intercepted a passenger for gold smuggling.
The passenger was coming from Dubai.
Custom Officials recovered 15 standard gold bars weighing approx. 1747 grams.
Gold was concealed in socks worn by the accused.
Officials arrested the passenger.
Further investigation is under process.
