PFC Recruitment 2024: Power Finance Corporation (PFC) is inviting online applications from eligible and interested candidates for the post of Coordinator at multiple levels. There are 27 openings to be filled for PFC Recruitment 2024. The minimum age limit is 21 years and the maximum age limit is 60 years to apply for the given post. The selected candidates will get a monthly salary up to Rs.125000. The applicant must have a B.E./ B.Tech degree.
Based on the official notification of PFC Recruitment 2024, the engagement is made on a short-term contract basis for a period of 05 years. Candidates have to pay Rs.500 as an application fee. The SC/ST/PwBD/ESM candidates are exempted from the payment of the application fee. The selection will be made on the basis of an interview. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified of the interview. As stated in the official notification of PFC Recruitment 2024, suitable and appropriate candidates can apply online through the official website of PFC on or before the last date. The online application starts from Today (16.02.2024).
The age criteria for applying to PFC Recruitment 2024 are mentioned below-
Candidates should not be less than the age of 21 years.

Qualification and Experience for PFC Recruitment 2024:
The required qualifications and experience to apply for PFC Recruitment 2024 are given below-
For Coordinator (CSR)/L1-
The candidate should have a B.E./ B.Tech. (Civil/ Electrical stream).
Experience-
The candidate should have a minimum of 3 Years of postqualification experience in handling CSR works related to community development, environmental projects etc.
The candidate should have experience in works related to Civil engineering/Renewable energy/Rural development/Health education/IT/Procurement /Biding is desirable.
For Coordinator (RDSS)-I/L3-
The candidate should have a B.E. / B.Tech. (Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation and Control/ Electronics and Communication/ Electronics and Telecommunication/ Mechanical/ Manufacturing/ Industrial/ Production/Power/Energy or any combination of these specializations.
Experience-
The candidate should have a minimum of 10 Years of Post Qualification experience in Utility-scale IT projects for implementation of ERP or Billing / MDM integration. Knowledge of various communication technologies for smart metering, cloud-based applications etc.
For Coordinator (RDSS)-II/L3-
The candidate should have a B.E. / B.Tech. (Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation and Control/ Electronics and Communication/ Electronics and Telecommunication/ Mechanical/ Manufacturing/ Industrial/ Production/Power/Energy or any combination of these specializations.
Experience-
The candidate should have a minimum of 10 Years of Post Qualification experience in field implementation of Smart Meters/Supply chain of meters/HES and MDM integration. Past experience in at least one or more areas of – Design, / Implementation/ Operations of Smart Metering / AMR / AMI projects.
The candidate should have a knowledge of various communication technologies for smart metering, cloud based applications etc.
For Coordinator (RDSS)- II/L2-
The candidate should have a B.E./B. Tech (IT/CS)/MCA.
Experience-
The candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of relevant post-qualification experience in C#, ASP.NET/ .NET Core, MVC/ Web Forms/ Web API, Web Services, XML/ JSON, JavaScript / jQuery, LINQ and SQL/ MySQL Server. Desirable: Experience in developing mobile /web applications using AngularJS, Bootstrap, and React.

The candidates will be selected for PFC Recruitment 2024 on the basis of an interview. The date, time and venue of the interview will be intimated later to the shortlisted candidates.
