Roles and Responsibilities:

The Ideal Candidate should be able to:

• Marketing Strategy: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote OnePlus products and enhance brand awareness.
• Campaign Execution: Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, including planning, coordination, and campaign performance monitoring.
• Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the smartphone industry.
• Content Development: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant marketing materials, including social media content, blog posts, and promotional materials.

Eligibility Criteria:

• MBA or master’s degree in Marketing (only 2024 graduates)
