Prasar Bharati Recruitment 2023: Akashavni Cuttack under Prasar Bharati is hiring candidates for Part-time Correspondents (PTCs) for the District of Angul, Ganjam, Jagatsinghpur, Kandhamal, Mayurbhanj, Balasore and Bhubaneswar on a contractual basis. In accordance with the official notification of Prasar Bharati Recruitment 2023, the applicant should hold a PG Diploma/Degree in Journalism/ Mass Media or Graduate with a minimum of 02 years of journalistic experience.
As per the official notification of Prasar Bharati Recruitment 2023, the age limit should be between 24 to 45 years. As mentioned in the Official notification of Prasar Bharati Recruitment 2023, the candidate will be appointed for 03 months and after three months contract will be renewed every month. Akashavni Cuttack under Prasar Bharati is seeking candidates for Part-time Correspondents (PTCs) on a contractual basis.
In accordance with the official notification of Prasar Bharati Recruitment 2023, a Part-Time Correspondent’s initial employment would include a three-month evaluation of their work performance. The agreement will be renegotiated every month for the first three months. If the candidate’s work during this time is judged to be satisfactory, a yearly contract that is renewable may be provided to them until they turn 60 years old. The RNU Head is supposed to issue the certificate for satisfactory performance.

As mentioned in the Official notification of Prasar Bharati Recruitment 2023, subject to satisfactory performance of services to be certified by the relevant Regional News Unit (RNU) Head, Akashvani, PTCs will receive retainership compensation as approved from time to time by a Competent Authority (based on Prasar Bharati News Services Division, Akashvani, New Delhi guidelines).
