Overview:

Puma is hiring an experienced Senior Associate – Planning at their Bangalore location. You will ensure sales enablement and inventory management for the channels.

The complete details of this job are as follows:

What will you be doing:

Target Setting and Management of Targets for Factory Outlets business and ‘Fashion Factory’ account

Promotion Planning, Tracking and Maintaining Promo Calendar, and Promotion Analysis

Daily monitoring of business performance and profitability through KPIs

Estimation of Buy Budgets of ‘Bought for Outlets’ (BFO) stock and tracking of ‘Open-To-Buy’ BFO orders placed in system

Estimation of ‘Old Season Merchandise’ (OSM) stock to be supplied for Outlets, returned from other full price channels.

Maintaining Optimal Stock cover at stores

Estimation and tracking of Returns (In-Season & After-Season), from Stores to Warehouse

Monthly Warehouse Outwards estimation (Warehouse to Stores).

Qualifications for this Job:

Graduate or Post-graduate from top-tier college/university in Engineering

1-2 years of work experience in data analytics/demand planning/supply chain/retail planning

Strong proficiency with ‘Advanced Microsoft Excel’is a must.

Knowledge/Exposure of SQL, VBA, Python, SAP or other planning tools will be added advantage

Experience in Fashion Retail business will be added advantage

Results oriented, with good communication and interpersonal skills, can work individually with minimal or no supervision
