Salary for REC Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of REC Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will be paid a monthly salary up to Rs.180000.

Qualification and Experience for REC Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of REC Recruitment 2023, the required qualifications and experience for the specified posts are mentioned below-

For Consultant-

• Regular full-time/Graduation/ Post Graduation Degree or Diploma in Journalism/Communications/social media management/ equivalent.

Experience-

• Minimum Relevant Experience of 15 years in handling Public Relations.
• Candidate should have worked on Public Relations and social media campaigns which involve Research Reports, Industry Analysis, Crisis Management, Social Media Listening etc.
• Candidate should have experience working in the energy sector/ working with the Government and running objective-driven campaigns.
• Candidate should have proficiency in Hindi and English and extensive experience in the power sector. Work experience with a government/PSU client is desirable.

For Team Lead-

• Regular full-time Graduation/ Post Graduation Degree or Diploma in Media or Mass Communications or related fields.

Experience-

• Minimum Relevant Experience of 10 years in handling teams/communications/ mass media/public relations/soft skills training/related fields.
• Candidate should have worked on social media campaigns, crisis management etc.
• Candidate should have knowledge of social media marketing and management tools.
• Candidate should have proficiency in Hindi and English.
• Work experience with a government/PSU client is desirable.

For Creative Head/ Senior Designer-

• Regular full-time Graduation/Post Graduation Degree or Diploma in Fine arts/applied arts/graphic design/equivalent in related fields.

Experience-

• Relevant experience of a minimum of 10 years in a reputed brand or advertising agency.
• Candidate should have proficiency in design software including Adobe Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Coral Draw.
• Work experience with a government/PSU client is desirable.

For Graphic Designer-

• Regular full-time Graduation/Post Graduation Degree.

Experience-

• Minimum graphic design experience of 3 years.
  Candidate should have proficiency in design software including Adobe Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Coral Draw.
  Candidate should have exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.

Tenure for REC Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of REC Recruitment 2023, the appointment is made on a Fixed Tenure Basis and the selected candidates will be engaged for a period of 03 years.

Selection Process for REC Recruitment 2023:
