For Jr. Field Engineer (HR)-

• Graduate with one/two-year full-time Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management/Social Works/ Labor Welfare/ Business Management/ Office Management/ Public Administration.

For Jr. Field Engineer(F and A)-

• Inter-CA or Inter-ICWA-CMA (Simple Pass) or full-time M. Com.

For Jr. Field Engineer(IT)-

• Full-time Diploma in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/ Information Technology from a recognized University/Institute.

For Jr. Field Engineer(OL)-

• Full-time Master’s Degree from a recognized University in Hindi with English as a main subject at the Bachelor’s Degree level.

Desirable–

• Diploma in Hindi Translation

For Jr. Field Engineer (PR)-

• Graduate with 01 year full-time Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism Public Relations or Mass Communications from a recognized University / Institute.

Salary for SJVN Recruitment 2023:

As stated in the official notification of SJVN Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will be paid a monthly salary of Rs.45000.

Tenure for SJVN Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of SJVN Recruitment 2023, the engagement is made on a contractual basis and the selected candidates will be appointed for a period of 03 years but may be extended yearly for another 02 years based on the work requirements and performance of the candidates.
