REC Recruitment 2024: The REC Limited recruitment drive is looking for eligible candidates for the posts of Assistant Manager, Assistant Officer, Deputy Manager, General Manager, Officer, Chief Manager, Deputy General Manager and Manager under various departments. The chosen applicant will be paid a salary of up to Rs.260000 per month. Referring to the official notification of REC Recruitment 2024, the applicant must pay an application fee of Rs.1000 for General/OBC and there is no need to pay an amount for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, PwBD, Ex-servicemen and internal candidates. There are 127 vacant seats available for the aforesaid positions.
In order to apply for REC Recruitment 2024, the selection process will be based on their performance in the walk-in interview. The minimum age limit should be 33 years and the maximum age limit should be 52 years. The applicant must hold a regular full-time Bachelor in Engineering/ B. Tech. or equivalent in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent with first division or equivalent CGPA. In accordance with the official notification of REC Recruitment 2024, skilled and qualified candidates may apply online through the official website of REC on or before 09.02.2024.

Qualification and Experience for REC Recruitment 2024:
Based on the official notification of REC Recruitment 2024, the required qualifications and experience are listed below:
For Engineering Discipline-
The candidate should have a Regular full-time Bachelor in Engineering/ B. Tech. or equivalent in Electrical/ Electrical (Power)/ Electrical and Electronics/ Power Engineering/ Power System Engineering/ Mechanical or equivalent from a recognized Institute/ University with first division or equivalent CGPA. OR
The candidate should have a Regular full-time Master in Engineering/ M. Tech. or equivalent in Electrical/ Electrical (Power)/ Electrical and Electronics/ Power Engineering/ Power System Engineering/ Mechanical or equivalent from a recognized Institute/ University with first division or equivalent CGPA.
Experience-
The candidate should have experiencein the area (s) of the Power Sector viz. Generation, Transmission and Distribution, Renewables, etc. Or Experience in Financial Institutions/ Scheduled Commercial Banks/ NBFCs/ Public Sector Organizations/ Central Govt./ State Govt./ Multilateral organization/ Other Institutions, in the area of Infrastructure Project Finance.
Desirable-
The preference will be given to experience in listed Infrastructure companies.
For Finance and Accounts (F and A) discipline-
The candidate should have Chartered Accountancy/ Cost and Management Accountancy.
Experience-
The candidate should have experience in Financial Institutions/ Scheduled Commercial Banks/ NBFCs/ Public Sector Organizations/ Central Govt./ State Govt./Multilateral Organizations/ Other Institutions.
For Information Technology (IT) discipline-
The candidate should have a Regular full-time Bachelor in Engineering/ B. Tech. or equivalent in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent with first division or equivalent CGPA. OR
The candidate should have a Post Graduate Degree viz. MCA/ M.Tech./ MCS/ MSc. in IT/ Computers or equivalent from a recognized Institute/ University with first division or equivalent CGPA.
Experience–
The candidate should have experience in implementation/ upgradation/Application design and architecting of web/windows-based software development/ PL-SQL/ enhancement of e-Business suite/ ERP/ Advanced Data Structures/ Operating Systems/ computer Networks/ Database, Weblogic/ SAN/ NAS/ Storage/ Cyber Security.
Desirable-
The candidate should have valid OEM Certification in OCP, or certification in 12C or higher version of web designing, PHP.
